Description
The stand works as follows.
On tables 2, test products are installed (not shown). On the platform 3, the projections 5 of a predetermined shape are fixed in the required number. Tables 2 are set to a predetermined height (it may be different for each of the tables) and anvil 10 and pads 11 are fixed on each of them. The material and dimensions of the anvils 10 and pads 11, the heights of the tables 2, the number and shape of the projections 5, the rotational speed of the platform 3 is selected based on the predetermined acceleration pulse shape acting on the test items. These pulses occur when the interaction of the tables 2 through the pads 11, the anvil 10 and the rollers 7 with the protrusions 5 of the platform 3 during its rotation.
Thus, on the proposed stand, several products can be tested simultaneously, and each of them can have its own loading mode and take several strokes per platform revolution, which significantly improves the performance of the tests.
