Description

The invention can be used in construction when installing columns with single- and double-sided consoles.

The device comprises a frame 1 having a hinge suspension 2. In the opposite sides of the frame there are inclined grooves in which the gripping elements in the form of fingers 3, which engage the column 4 under the cantilevers, move freely. At the ends of the fingers there are fixed cables 5 of the mechanism for fixing the position of the fingers 3, which are stored in the upper part of the frame. For single-sided columns, bolt 6 can be installed.

The device works as follows.

Capture device crane put on the column. The cables 5 are tensioned and the carrying pins 3 are displaced in the slots to the upper position. After the gripping device is lowered below the consoles, the bearing pins are displaced to the lower position in the slots and positioned below the consoles. When lifting the gripping device, the carrying fingers rest against the arms and the column rises to a vertical position. After securing the column in the design position, the gripper is removed in the reverse sequence.

The use of a gripping device eliminates the need for re-alignment of the columns with mounting tools, eliminates spontaneous disconnection, increases work safety and shortens the time for attaching and detaching.
