(54) УСТАНОВКА. МИКГОФИЛЬМИРОВАНИЯ 10, вертикальной каретки 11с приводом 12, двутс магазинов - подающего 13 и пpиe moгo 14 с крышками 15, отсекател ми 16, светонепроницаемой каме ры 17 со шторками 18 и 19 и стойки 2О Устройство работает следующим обВакуумна головка 10 имеет .два паза 21. Баку умна голов ка 1О с помощью вертикальной каретки 11с приводом 12 заходит за корпус 23 подающего магазина 13. При этом два паза 21 расположены относительно отсека телей 16 таким образом, что отсекатели 16 не попадают в пазы 21.
