The multilayer electrical board is a multilayer woven board made of insulating yarns 1, form their outer layers 2 of insulating fabric, fastened with a stitching base 3 of ng insulated conductors 4, forming on the outer layers of insulating fabric, perpe) Remotely arranged switching groups of 5 conductors for connecting elements according to the circuit design and groups of conductors 6, 7 for controlling circuit elements, for example, reed switches. The insulating field of a multilayer electrical board has a cellular structure with cells 8, obtained by excluding insulating filaments from the warp and the weft at a certain width. Groups of conductors 6, located on the base, periodically across the thickness of the board go from one outer layer (surface) to another layer. The transition is carried out at the locations of the cells and is made in the form of a spiral 9 along the thickness of the board between the outer layers. The spiral is located inside the cell and is fixed in a certain position by interlacing conductors and insulating threads. The helix made in this way is the active electrical element of the board and is a control coil, with the possibility of installing circuit elements inside it, in particular reed switches. The groups of control wires 7 are located in the outer layers of the insulating fabric perpendicular to the groups of conductors biv of certain places in accordance with the electrical circuit intertwined with each other with the formation of contact mechanically tightened nodes 10. The groups of switching conductors are located in two perpendicular directions, having an insulating fabric between them. In the same way as groups of control conductors, the switching wires of the conductors in the necessary places are intertwined to form the installation nodes 11. To connect the board with the contact elements of the circuit elements of the group of switching conductors, they are cut to form contact leads 12. In order to form the contact leads, the conductors performed by flooring 13, followed by dissecting it. The rigorous geometrical arrangement of conductors, contacts of nodes and coils (control coils. Is achieved by interlacing conductors and insulating threads with the formation of locking nodes 14. On the periphery of a multilayer electrical board has contact leads 15, which are a continuation of the conductors beyond the insulation floor The multilayer electrical board works as follows: The reed switches 16 are installed in the cells with control coils so that their cases pass through the board thickness and the 17 have over the external surfaces of the board. The contact terminals 12 of the board are connected to the terminals of the ferromagnetic reed switch plates by soldering, welding or wrapping. When current flows along the control lines, magnetic fields are created in the control coils and the interactions in the magnetic field between the ferromagnetic coils are created contact plates, close or switch contacts. When the magnetic field is removed, the contact plates return to their original state under the action of elastic forces. The electrical connections of the control coils to each other (according to the circuit solution) are made through the contact nodes obtained by interlacing the control group conductors. Also, the contact terminals of the switching plates are electrically connected through the contact nodes of the patch conductor groups. reed switches. The absence of electrical contact between the conductors throughout the entire board is ensured by the passage of the conductors in different planes, so that there is an insulating fabric between the filaments. In order to construct an appropriate circuit for electrical connections, a series of conductor breaks are required. Such a break is made (Fig. 2) by forming loops 18 on the conductors and then removing them. At the places where the loops are removed (in order to exclude the electrical contact of the formed ends and mechanically fix them), the conductors are interlaced with insulating threads.
