Description

Данный способ обеспечивает прос тоту монтгика и элементов креплени  гор чего спа  термопары. На фиг. 1-3 графически .изображены операции способа креплени  гор чего спа  термопары. Укладывают на поверхность контролируемой детали 1 гор чий спай 2 термопары и петлю 3 из одного удлиненного нерабочего конца термоэлект рода (фиг.1). Приматывают гор чий спай 2 и пет лю 3 удлиненным нерабочим концом 4 другого термоэлектрода. Просовывают нерабочий конец 4 термоэлектрода в петлю 3 (фиг.2). Зат гивают петлю и оставшиес  концы термоэлектродов скручивают., Укрепл ют рабочие концы термоэлектродов хомутом 5 (фиг.З). Изобоетение обеспечивает прочное креппание и достаточно плотное прил гцние гор чего спа , . не требует дополнительных крепежных деталей, допускает многоцикличную работу. 3 D Форм;/ла изобретени  Способ креплени  гор чего спа  термопары на контролируемой,, преимущественно , цилиндрической поверхности/ включающий в себ  введение спа  термопары в контакт с контролируемой поверхностью и прижатие его к поверхности, отличающийс  тем, что, с цепью повышени  надежности контакта и упрощени  средств креплени , укладывают на контролируемую поверхность петлей удлиненный нерабочий конец одного термоэлектрода , приматывают гор чий спай и петлю к поверхности удлиненным нерабочим концом другого тармоэлектрода , который затем просовывают в петлю и зат гивают ее, а оставшиес  концы термоэлектродов скручивают.
