(54) FATTYING MIXTURE FOR SKIN CARDBOARD with variable pH of the mixture, which is a significant difficulty. The aim of the invention is to reduce the stiffness of the paperboard and simplify the technology of preparation of the mixture. The goal is achieved by the fact that the fatting mixture for the manufacture of shoe paperboard as a m-reader and at the same time emulsifier contains a bottoms residue from distillation of tall oil in your oil at the following ratio of components, wt.%: Paraffin 5-25, bottoms residue from distillation of tall oil 75 -95. The bottoms residue from tall oil distillation - tall oil pitch contains, wt%: unwashed substances 30-35, oxidized substances 10-15, resin acids 10-20, fatty acids 25-30. In the proposed composition, tall oil pitch works as an emulsifier and softener only due to its high consumption (8-10% of the mass of abundantly dry fiber). Produced tall steel according to OCJ 81-12-70 has a total alkalinity of 14%. In this connection, the minimum amount of alkali or its complete elimination is required during the preparation of the fat emulsion. In order to increase the stability of the fatting emulsion, it is possible to introduce surface-active: Substances, including ionic, for example, the preparation OS-20 (representing a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of high fatty alcohols) in an amount of 0.1-0.5% of the weight of the emulsion. Example. The emulsifier heated to 100 ° C is loaded with tall oil pitch in ground form 95% by weight and melted at-120 ° C, then 5% by weight paraffin is loaded. The mixture of components is stirred until the paraffin is completely melted. The resulting pasty mass is gradually diluted with water to a concentration of 45 g / l. The fat emulsion is introduced into the pulp in the amount of 8% by weight of the fiber. (The results of shoeboard tests with the use of the proposed fat emulsion are presented in the table). Example 2. In an emulsifier heated to 100 ° C, the glue is loaded, the tall pitch molds, in crushed form, are 90% by weight and melted at 110-120 ° C. Then load paraffin 10 bes.%. The mixture of components is moved until the paraffin is completely melted. Next, the heating of the emulsifier is switched on and the preparation OS-20 is loaded in the amount of 0.5% of the weight of the bottom residue. The resulting emulsion is gradually diluted with water to a concentration of 50 g / l. The fat emulsion is introduced into the fiber mass in an amount of 8% by weight of the fiber. (The test results of shoeboard for backs with the use of the proposed fat emulsion are presented in the table). Froze An emulsifier heated to 100 ° C is loaded with glue, tall pitch oil, in a ground form, is 75 wt.% And melted at 110-120 ° C, then paraffin 25 weight%. The mixture of components is moved until the paraffin is completely melted. Next, the heating of the emulsifier is switched off and the preparation OS-20 is loaded in the amount of 1.0% by weight of the cubic residue. The resulting emulsion is gradually diluted with water to a concentration of 55 g / l. Fatting emulsion is introduced into the pulp in the amount of 8% by weight of the fiber. (The test results of shoeboard using the proposed fattening mixture are presented in the table). EXAMPLE 4 A fat blend is prepared, comprising, in wt%: Paraffin20 Stearin20 Sulfated wax 60 A stearin in the form of powder and paraffin is loaded into the tank and, when moved for 1 hour, they are melted. A sulphated boil is then given to the molten mixture of paraffin and stearin, followed by transferring for 30 minutes at 70 ° C. At the same time, a 4% solution of soda ash in warm water at 50 ° C is prepared in a separate tank. Then, the soda solution is introduced into the molten mixture of paraffin, stearin and sulphurized bursts. After the introduction of the soda solution, the temperature is again brought to 70-75 ° C. Further, ammonia is added at a constant displacement and the pH is determined, which should be equal to 8.7-8.8. The emulsion concentration in the emulsifier is 20-30 g / l. The fatty emulsion is introduced into the pulp in the amount of 14% by weight of the fiber. (The test results of shoeboard using a known fattening mixture are presented in the table).
