Примером могут служить цилиндрические прово да с магнитопленочным покрытием, наход щие все более широкое примен ние в электронных устройствах. Эти провода имеют диаметр 0,1 мм. Известно устройство дл соединени изолированных проводов, состо щее из муфты и контактных зубцов с винтовым приводом, пробивающими изо л цию провода и обеспечивающими электрический контакт 1. Это устройство не обеспечивает аадежного контактировани зубцов с изолированными проводами малых диаметров. Наиболее близким решением из известных вл етс электрический соединитель со средствами дл прока лывани изол ции прОБсэдов, состо щий из двух соединенных между собой частей с продольной плоскостью разъ ма, с цилиндрическим каналом и заостренными зубцами, расположенными в зоне канала 2. Применение данного соединител дл изолированных проводов малых диаметров, например, менее 0,5 мм, также не обеспечивает надежного контактировани . Это обусловлено недостаточной базой дл контактирова- НИЛ зубцов с поверхностью провода. Цель изобретени - устранение указанного недостатка. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в электрическом зажиме дл изолированных проводов, преимущественно диаметром менее 0,5 мм, состо щим из двух соединенных между собой элементов с продольной плоскостью разъема, с каналом, предназначенньм дл размещени провода и заостренными зубцами, расположенными в зоне канала, упом нутШ канал имеет пр моугольный профиль поперечного сечени , а зубцы расположены на поверхност х каналаi параллельных плоскости- с шагом не менее 1,5 ширины зубца у основани .
