Description
Способ реализуют следующим образом .The invention relates to methods for blasting explosive charges in wells, and is intended for the directional excitation of seismic waves in the exploration of mineral sites. Methods are known for the explosion of an explosive charge in a borehole in wells to excite seismic waves. In this case, an explosion uses a pipe filled with a liquid explosive with appropriate auxiliary elements. The disadvantages of this method are the large overhead of energy for crushing action; lack of focus of influence; the need to drill relatively deep wells to reduce the influence of the sound wave on the seismic reservoir; the need to use special devices and the inability to reuse them. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of exploding the charge of explosive aea; the properties in the well with the compensation cavity 2. The air gaps (compensatory cavity) are created with wood, cylinders, pyes and t, Г7. These elements occupy from 20 to 35% of the volume of the compensatory cavity, and because of the coffer of the design, they do not have time to develop and burn under the layer: a tweem of detonation products. In addition, elements of the compensation cavity create resistance to the advancement of detonation products. All this together requires an unproductive expenditure of energy and, as a result, an increase in the initial weight of the explosive charge and an increase in its depth. The purpose of the invention is to reduce drilling costs during seismic exploration. This is achieved in that the KOMnetica cavity is filled with a gas-filled combustible bulk material with a bulk density, for example granulated polystyrene foam. The drawing shows a scheme that implements the proposed method of blasting explosive charge in wells. The method is implemented as follows.
5.In a predetermined area of the region, the well 1 is drilled, which is initially filled with a gas filled with bulk material; a material with a low bulk density, for example, granulated bovpolystyrene 2. substance 4 and then clog 5.
The volumetric weight of the fill cavity of the compensation cavity (0.01-0.05 g / hl is incommensurably small compared with the volume weight of the explosive (0.8-1.5 g / cm). Gas filled fields can be used as filler: N balls, for example, foamed polystyrene granules flammable brand.
взрыва направл ютс в сторону компг;н садионной полости 3, заполн ют ее i-rThe strength of cx: the force of polystyrene foam to the shift is only kgf / cm, the ignition temperature is H1 70C. Therefore, when explosive explosive charge 4 sei due to pressure and heat, destruction takes place - destruction and gasification of granulated peko polystyrene. occurs until the walls of the explosive borehole 1 and r of the rogu; the blast is directed in the direction of the comp; n garden cavity 3, fill it with i-r
смешиваютс с продуктами деструкции пенополистирола.mixed with polystyrene foam degradation products.
25%,Due to this, a directed, longer-lasting effect of the explosion energy on the array and the 3 S decisive decrease in the level of the S-wave is provided. All this allows to reduce the depth of the wells and reduce the amount of expensive drilling operations by 25%,
