Description

The invention relates to methods for studying the physical properties of rocks and can be used to derive the dependencies of the diffusion-adsorption activity of rocks on their clay content, porosity and water saturation, which are necessary for estimating oil and gas reservoirs according to geophysical well survey data. The known method for determining the diffusion-adsorption activity of rock samples taken out of wells during exploration of oil and gas fields is based on the measured dependence of the diffusion-adsorption potential on the logarithm of the ratio of the activities of two electrolytes of different concentrations and the dependence of the diffusion potential on the logarithm of the same ratio of the activities of two electrolytes 1 Disadvantage The method is low productivity due to a large number of measurements of diffusion-adsorption and diffusion parameters. potentials at various ratios of activities for the preparation of said electrolytes dependencies. The closest technical solution to the proposed method is to determine the diffusion-adsorption activity of a rock sample 2 by preparing aqueous solutions of sodium chloride, one — a higher concentration, a corresponding concentration of this salt in the formation water, and the other — a lower concentration; place a saturated sample between solutions, create a sample contact with these solutions, prepare two arbitrary volumes of a single-normal solution of chlorine chloride potassium hydroxide, the compound of one of them with a solution of greater concentration, the other with a smaller one, measuring the potential difference of solutions, removing the sample, making direct contact between sodium chloride solutions of a higher and lower concentration, measuring the potential difference of solutions, and measuring several oases and each once the contacting solutions are prepared anew to obtain stable values of the difference in the potentials. According to the algebraic difference of the measured potentials with a sample and without
