Description

Изобретение относитс  к переработке полимерных материалов в издели , в частности к устройствам дл  соединени  частей форм, предназначенных дл  изготовлени  изделий из полимерных материалов, например из пенополиуретана, железобетонных изделий и т.п. Известен замок дл  сое)щнени  частей фирмы , содержаиадй установленный на оси захватный рьйаг с захватным крюком и стопорный механизм, выполненные в виде подпружиненной скобы, установленной с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещени , при этом ось скобы смещена относительно оси рычага в сторону педальной части 1. Наиболее близким техническим решением  вл етс  замок дл  соединени  частей форм,и содержащий установленный шарнирно. в одной части формы рычаг с захватным крюком, выполненным на рабочей поверхности с уклоном в сто рону рычага, и стопорный механизм с закреплен ной в другой части формы осью 2, В известном устройстве дл  изменени  усили  прижима частей формы необходимо замен т стопорный механизм, так как он содержит ипиф взаимодействуюишй с рычагом, что не позвол ет измен ть усилие прижима. Цель изобретени  - расширение эксплуатаиионных возможностей замка. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что стопорный механизм снабжен взаимодсГ1стнун и1сй с крюком эксцентриковой втулкой, успиовлсинон на выполненной с коническим участком оси. На фиг, 1 изображён замок в рабочем положении; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А фиг, 1; на фиг. 3 рычаг . The closest technical solution is a lock for connecting parts of the molds, and containing the mounted hinge. In one part of the form there is a lever with a gripping hook, made on the working surface with a slope to the side of the lever, and a locking mechanism with axis 2 fixed in another part of the form. In the known device for changing the clamping force of the parts of the form, the locking mechanism must be replaced. It contains ipif interaction with the lever, which does not allow to change the clamping force. The purpose of the invention is to enhance the operational capabilities of the castle. The goal is achieved by the fact that the locking mechanism is provided with an interaction with the eccentric bushing with a hook, which is completed on the axis that is made with the conical section. Fig, 1 shows the lock in the working position; in fig. 2 - section aa of FIG. 1; in fig. 3 lever. A lock for connecting parts of the mold comprising lever I with a gripping hook 2; mounted on the axis 3, which is connected to the upper krontspeyny 4, attached to the upper part 5 of the form, the gripping hook 2 is inclined towards the lever by an amount a to ensure self-alignment. The locking mechanism is made in the form of an axis 6 with an eccentric sleeve 7 mounted on, for example, on the cone of this axis. Axis 6 is connected to the lower bracket B, which is attached to the lower part 9 of the form.
