The invention relates to the field of household chemicals, in particular to the protection of tapestry fabric from contamination and can be used in household conditions.
1.A known composition for imparting textile products with soil repellent properties, which contains metal hydroxide. And resins: enoxide and aminoplastic 1.
A disadvantage of the known composition is that it reduces the strength of the processed products. In addition, scarce, expensive resins are used to prepare it.
2.Closest to the invention is a composition for a repellent finish based on acrylamide, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium ammonium siliconate, acetic acid, formalin and water 2.
The known composition is unstable over time: the viscosity increases during the month, and then gelatinization occurs. When using such a composition for finishing textile materials, final heat treatment is required at 130-150 ° C. The tear-resistant properties of the materials after finishing are not high enough.
Цель изобретени - повышение стабильности состава и усиление эффекта нредохранени гобеленовых тканей от загр знений .The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the composition and enhance the effect of preserving tapestry fabrics from contamination.
%:This goal is achieved due to the fact that the composition based on sodium alumomethylsiliconate, acetic acid, formalin and water, additionally contains saponified nolyacrylonitrile and liquid glass in the following ratio of mass, mass. %:

The composition can also enter the target additives, such as perfumery. The proposed composition is prepared as follows.
2. 21/3 of the calculated amount of water is fed to the reactor, the calculated amount of saponified polyacrylonitrile is loaded and mixed until the latter is completely dissolved. Into the resulting solution, the calculated amounts (with simultaneous mixing between charges) of a glass of sodium alumomethylsiliconate liquid, odorant, the remaining amount of water and the calculated amount of formalin are injected. In order to neutralize the resulting mass, acetic acid is added in small portions to a pH of 7.0-7.5. Then the Table 1 5 10 15 20 product is obtained and the product is filtered and filled into polymer vials with a functional spray device. Example. Samples of tapestry fabric (art. 4942) size bOOSED mm treated with compounds 1-3. The formulation of the proposed formulations are given in table. 1. Processing is carried out for 30 seconds. The samples are then drained and dried at room temperature in a suspended state. The treated samples were contaminated in a Laundermeter instrument with a mixture of soot and talc in a ratio of 1; 40. Duration of contamination 10 min. After the loose contaminant is removed, the amount of contaminant remaining on the samples is determined by a gravimetric method. Data on the stability of compounds 1-3 and their effectiveness are given in table. 2. Table 2
Таким образом, предлагаемый состав более стабилен, чем известный, лучше предохран ет ткань от загр знений и нрост в применении .Thus, the proposed composition is more stable than the known one, better protects the fabric from contamination and less application.
