Величина сигнала запуска имеет четкую зависимость от щунтирующего сопротивлени .This invention relates to electrical measuring technology and can be used to isolate detachable cable joints or hose coatings. Devices for dry testing of cable insulation are known, which include a pulse generator, a storage capacitor, and a discharge element 1. The disadvantage of these devices is their complexity. The closest in technical essence to the proposed is a device for dry testing of cables, comprising a pulse generator, a high-speed switching transformer and a fixing unit 2. This device also has a complex circuit. The purpose of the invention is to control the device. The goal is achieved by introducing a threshold element and a diode into the fixation unit, the indicator input being connected to the output of the threshold element, the first input of which is connected via a common busbar to the test cable core and the first of the capacitor plates, the second plate of which is connected the threshold element and the first output of the secondary winding of the high voltage transformer. The second output of the secondary winding is connected to the test electrode. The pulse generator contains a transformer, the primary winding of which is connected to the input of the pulse generator, and the first section of the secondary winding of the transformer is connected to the phase regulator input. The first output of the phase regulator is connected to the first output terminal of the pulse generator, the first capacitor plate and the cathode of the first thyristor; The second output of the phase regulator is connected to the control electrode of the first thyristor, the anode of which is connected via a choke to the first terminal of the second section of the secondary winding of the transformer. The second output of the second section is connected to the first output of the third section of the secondary winding of the transformer, the second capacitor plate and the cathode of the second thyristor, the anode of which is connected to the second output terminal of the pulse generator, the control electrode of the second thyristor is connected to the cathode of the diode, the anode of which is connected with the second output of the third sections of the secondary winding of the transformer. The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the device. The device contains a pulse generator 1, a high-voltage pulse transformer 2 with windings 3 and 4 and a fixing unit 5, which includes a capacitor 6, a diode 7, an indicator 8, a threshold element 9, a test electrode, 10. An impulse generator includes a transformer 11 s three-section secondary winding, phase-shifter 12, thyristors 13, 14, capacitor 15, diode 16, choke 17. The device operates as follows. - V -,., When power is applied to the winding 3 of the high voltage pulse transformer 2 and to the capacitance formed by the test electrode 10 and the living cable under test, damping impulses are produced. With an open circuit with a diode 7, the capacitance between the test electrode 10 and the cable housing test and the capacitance of the capacitor 6 constitute a capacitive divider, and the voltage removed from the transformer 2 is divided back to both capacitances on both capacitors. If the losses on their capacitors are insignificant, if there is a circuit from diode 7 and input donor of threshold element 9 connected in parallel to capacitor 6, the condition of capacitor 6 being recharged under alternating voltage from transformer 2 is not the same in different half-periods (circuit with diode 7 bypassing capacitor 6 into conductive, half-period). As a result, a constant voltage is generated across the capacitor 6, blocking the diode 7, so that the signal at the input of the threshold element 9 is close to zero. If there is a resistance that shunts the capacitance of the test electrode 10 — the cable core, which indicates a deterioration in the quality of the insulation, the capacitor 6 discharges to this shunt resistance. In this case, the level of the constant voltage blocking the diode 7 decreases, and a trigger signal appears at the input of the element 9, the greater the smaller the value of the shunt resistance. The magnitude of the trigger signal has a clear dependence on shunt resistance.
