Устройство содержит раму 1, по с 2, пружинную т гу 3, динамометр 4, платформу 5, закрепленную на раме 1 посредством винтового регулировочного механизма 6, оперную площадку 7, вертикальную телескопическую стойку 8, на которой с помощью щарнира 9 закреплен поручень 10. Пружинна  т га 3 соединена с рамой 1, на платформе 5 установлена эластична  прокладка 11, а на поручне 10 - подвижные опорные руко тки 12.
