The goal is achieved by the fact that the machine is equipped with a third driven gear with a hook for twisting the cords and a second driving gear mounted on a common shaft with the first driving gear, while the number of revolutions of the driven gears with hooks for twisting cords is twice the number of revolutions of the third driven gear with the hook for twisting the cords, and the shank of this hook is spring-loaded. FIG. 1 shows the proposed machine, structurally kinematic scheme, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 is a diagram of the technology of lay of a cocoon. The machine consists of guides 1 fixed on the frame 2, table blades 3 fixed at the ends of the frame and thrown zigzag through two rollers of the movable carriage 4 whose support rollers are mounted on the guides. The mechanism of twisting cocoon includes hooks 5, 6 - for twisting the ends of the cord and the third hook 7 - for twisting the cord twice. Hooks for twisting the cords are attached to the ends of the two driven gear 8, and the hook for tightening the cords at the end of the third driven gear 9. The driven gear 8 is engaged with the first drive gear 10, and a third with the driven gear 9 with the second drive gear 11. Leading shchestarni 10 and 11 are spaced apart at the ends of the frame and fixed on a common shaft 12, which is installed in the frame bearings and equipped with a handle 13. The hook for twisting the cords has a shank 14, into which the spring 15 is abutted. The machine works as follows . The movable carriage 4 is set by rolling along the guides to the extreme position to the hook 7. In this case, the web 3, overwhelming between the rollers of the carriage 4, occupies the upper position and forms the table 3 for placing straw 17. The cut-off cord 16 (usually the twine) is drawn by one end of the hook 5 and thrown over the hook 7. Segments of straw 17 are placed across the table 3 on top of the stretched branch of the cord. Then, the free end of the cable is pulled over the straw and, with a slight tension, tied to the hook 6. To lay the cocoon through the rotation of the handle 13 through the shaft 12, the driving gears 10 and 11 are brought into rotation, and through them the driven gears 8 and 9 with hooks 5 , 6 and 7. At the same time, the hooks 5 and 6 twist separately the upper and lower branches of the cord, and the hook 7 simultaneously twists the branches of the cord together with the straw between them. Simultaneously with the start of rotation of the handle 13, the carriage 4 is moved from the hook 7 to the hooks 5 and 6. Moving, the carriage 4 successively moves the table 3 from the upper position to the lower position, allowing the straw to be rotated together with the double cord. In this case, the degree of twisting of the cords and the lay of the cocoon depends on the speed of movement of the carriage and is selected experimentally depending on what material is used as the clip (twine, band, straw braid, etc.). Due to the fact that in the process of twisting and twisting, the cord shortens a little, the hook 7 extends out of the holder due to the compression of the spring 15, compensates for this shortening, when the carriage 4 ends at the extreme position of the hooks 5 and 6. After that, the handle 13 is stopped to rotate, and the finished cocoon 18 is removed from the machine, otsepIv the cord from the hooks 5, 6 and 7. in the direction of the hooks, less prone to self-spinning, thereby increasing the durability of the cocoon. Claim 1.
