Description

инертного материала, котора  становитс  безопасной даже при наличии инициатора воспламенени  (огневые работы).an inert material that becomes safe even in the presence of an igniter (fire work).

Scheme Implementation of the proposed method is presented in the drawing.

матеРиала .The apparatus of the technological system 1, 2 and 3 are connected by pipelines with a machine 4 to load dust-like inert materials. The machine is connected to a pipeline with a pressure of 2 bar. Before repairing, the systel5y is supplied with inert gas. Gas inert material in an amount of not less than 0.2% of the volume of the filled system from the machine 4 is fed through pipelines to the apparatus / -3. The feed rate of the inert material must be less than or equal to the feed rate of the particle | Inert material. Inert material is deposited in the apparatus / -3 and the pipelines connecting them. As a result, a mechanical mixture is formed, a safe yes / ke in the presence of an initiator of ignition of the metal powder, and an inert material.

The inert material is supplied by the same gas in which the powder is produced.

The proposed method ensures the full safety of the water preparation works, the very repair of technological systems with hot work, good cleaning of the internal and surfaces of the apparatus of the system from metallic dust, the possibility of simple building of cleaning products from the system.
