Description
3:1.The invention relates to flotation enriched ores and products containing noble metals, and WIH can be used to extract noble metals from sulphide and oxidized ores, as well as to extract activated carbon saturated with black metal from solutions. In the flotation of ores of ores, including ores containing precious metals, xyloheates ij are used as collectors. However, the independent use of xanthates does not provide a sufficiently complete extraction of metals. It is known to use phenol-formahyde resins in the flotation of gold-bearing ores. 2 Resins are distinguished by their selectivity of action and, in combination with xanthate-type ionogenic reagents, facilitate the recovery of noble metals into the froth product. However, the technological indicators of this process are not high enough. It is known that 3 silica helium phenol formaldehyde resin of the formula .. rCHj-Cg H O SiRO-CgH4 -CH2- ... previously with flotation not used The purpose of the invention is to improve the technological indicators of the process of flotation of noble metals from ores and products containing them. This is achieved by flotation as an additional collector of silicon-organic phenol-formaldehyde resin. The resin is a thick yellow liquid soluble in organic solvents. The content of free phenol does not exceed 0.1%. The horosho resin emulsifies and during flotation combines the high selectivity of formaldegnd resins with the water-repellent ability of organic compounds. Example. The method was carried out on gold-bearing low-sulphide ore A and polymetallic ore B. The weight of the ore of 1 kg is crushed to a particle size of 75% - 0.74 mm. The flotation was carried out in a flotation unit with a chamber volume of 3 liters, W: T 3: 1.

In both series, the first experiment was conducted without a resin, the second with a phenol-formaldehyde resin, and the third with a silicon-organic phenol-formaldehyde resin. The resin is introduced into the process after xanthate in the form of an emulsion in an amount of 20 g / ton.
0,6-0,8%.As a result of the implementation of the process, the possibility of increasing gold recovery and concentrate quality as compared with the action of xanthateate, by 5-7% and 0.8-1.0%, respectively, and compared with the combination of xanthate and phenol-formaldehyde resin, respectively, by 2.5-4 , 0% and 0.6-0.8%.
Таким образом, основное преимущество предлагаемого изобретени состоит в повышении технологических показателей гфоцесса флотации благородных металлов из руд и продуктов их содержащих .Thus, the main advantage of the invention is to improve the technological parameters of the process of flotation of noble metals from ores and products containing them.
