Claims

1. A steam treatment device with an orientational stretching of a tow of chemical fibers, comprising an inside located housing with inlet and outlet openings for a tow of fibers, a processing chamber with heating means, branch pipes for supplying and discharging the treatment agent, characterized in that to increase the fiber quality, the processing chamber is formed by spaced apart plates with wave-like working surfaces, and a through channel is made in each slab communicating with means for heating, the latter being connected to the pipe for feeding the treatment agent.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing consists of a cover hinged to the base on which the Nozzle is mounted to retract the processing agent, one of the plates w: stiffly fixed to the base and pivotally connected to another plate connected to a lid.
