Description
2.FIG. 1 shows a device for treating an eye, in section; in fig. 2 shows the layout of the device during treatment; in fig. 3 - section A-A of FIG. 2
4.The device comprises a housing 1, at the base of which an electrode 2 and a piezo holder 3 with a piezo transducer 4 are fixed, a lead w, s conductors 5 and 6, a knob 7, a spin-expansion nozzle 8, made of transparent insulating material. On the nozzle 8 along the periphery, additional piezo holders 9 are installed with piezo transducers 10, made as part of a ring, and an input w, by their conductors 11. In addition, the device contains an elastic membrane 12, the outer side 13 of which covers the housing 1, and the internal opening vest expansion nozzle 8. Piezo holders 9 on the veto extension nozzle are installed so that radiation patterns of piezo transducers 10 are directed to the surface of the sclera at an angle exciting transverse waves throughout its volume, and hav e the general area. The expansion nozzle 8 has a central opening “d, the diameter of which is equal to or greater than the beam converter 4.
The device works as follows. In the treatment of diseases of the sclera shell (superficial and deep layers), the procedure is carried out in the following sequence.
The housing 1 is filled with a medicinal substance and an elastic membrane 12 is installed, the outer sap 13 of which covers the housing 1. In the central opening, the lowering lip of the hyperemia 8 with the piezoelectric transducers 10 mounted on the eye block is lowered. The second electrophoresis electrode is fixed on the nape of the patient, after which energy sources are switched on. When the elastic membrane 12 is pressed, the medicinal substance will fill the cavities between the nozzle and the eyeblock, thus creating a stable acoustic contact between the piezoelectric transducers 10 and the irradiated
In this position, radiation patterns from piezoelectric transducers 10 mounted on the non-periphery of the cross-section nozzle 8 are directed to the sclera surface at an angle exciting transverse waves throughout its thickness and volume, and have a common area (Fig. 2), which ensures the effectiveness of treatment.
При возбуждении поперечной волны последн распростран етс в направлении облучени расход щимс пучком и определенным углом расхождени , завис щим от размера пьезопреобразовател .The sclera of the main unit is a shell in the form of a part of a sphere with a radius of curvature of 12 mm and a thickness of about 1 mm. It consists of dense connective tissue, therefore it is convenient for excitation and propagation of the shear wave throughout the thickness along the geodesic forming lines. When sheared, the shear wave propagates in the direction of irradiation by a divergent beam and a certain angle of divergence depending on the size of the piezoelectric transducer.
Ultrasonic vibrations directed throughout the sclera volume in the meridian in the equatorial direction, together
с лекарственным веществом воздействуют на патологически измененные участки в поверхностных и глубоких сло х, обеспечивают их рассасывание.with a medicinal substance they act on pathologically changed areas in the superficial and deep layers, provide their resorption.
