Description

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely to threaded fasteners. A self-locking screw connection is known that contains a bolt with a diametral slot, a nut and a locking element installed in the bolt slot, made of soft metal or plastic and having a width greater than the outer diameter of the bolt thread, which is installed when the nut is screwed along the diagonal of the slot and is in contact with the thread nuts 1. Such a screwed connection is kept from unscrewing by friction forces in the thread of the nut and the thread of the insert, which is cut with a nut when screwed on. A self-locking threaded joint is known that contains a bolt with longitudinal symmetrical grooves on the threaded rod, which distributes the thread in the circumferential direction into equal sections 2. The locking is done by additional frictional forces in the end portions of the threaded sections that occur after plastic deformation of the bolt body near the grooves . The known device is the closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result. However, the device is difficult to manufacture and, in addition, has unreliable locking, due to the stability of the forces of friction. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of locking a threaded joint and improving processability. This goal is achieved by the fact that each groove is asymmetrical in cross section and shaped in such a way that the leading edge angle formed by it in each section is blunt in the direction of screwing in and the rear edge is sharp. FIG. 1 shows a general view of a self-locking threaded joint; in fig. 2 is a section A-A of FIG. 1. The connection consists of a bolt 1 with longitudinal grooves 2 parts 3 with a through hole, parts 4 with a threaded hole. The grooves 2 split each turn of the bolt thread into sections of equal length 5. front
