Description

Изобретение относитс к деревообрабатывающей промышленности, а именно к устройствам дл накалывани пиломатериалов. Известно устройство дл накалывани шпал, включающее основание, каркас, верхнюю н нижнюю балки, наколочные секции, транспортеры и гидропривод 1. Известна также установка дл накалывани пиломатериалов, включающа каркас в виде верхней, средней и нижней балок, соединенных вертикальными стойками, опорный стол, наколочпые секции, транспортеры и гидропривод 2. Недостатком известных установок вл етс низка производительность. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности . Это достигаетс тем, что гидропривод снабжен коромыслом с вертикальными рамка .ми, прнче.м последние охватывают среднюю балку, а наколочные секции установлены неподвижно на верхней балке каркаса, при этом коромысло имеет на концах бащмаки .которые смонтированы щарнирно, а транспортер в зоне опорного стола выполнен в виде роликов, которые установлены вне участков прохождени башмаков. На фиг. 1 изображено предлагаемое устройство , обший вид; на фиг. 2 - то же. вид сверху; на фиг. 3 - пиломатериал перед накалыванием, поперечный разрез. Устройство имеет каркас, образованный верхней и нижней балками 1 и 2, четырьм стойками 3. Внутри каркаса имеетс опорный стол 4, на котором расположены рольганг 5 дл перемещени пиломатериалов 6 и электромагнитный упор 7. На стойках 3 установлена подвижна средн балка 8 с отверстием дл прохода плит накалываюших секций 9, жестко закреп,денных на верхней балке 1 каркаса. На нижней балке 2 каркаса расположен гидропривод 10, несущий коромысло 11 с двум щарнирно расположенными на концах его плеч бащмаками 12, имеющими сплошную опорную площадку . Удержание в исходном горизонтальном положении коромысла 11 и бащмаков 12 обеспечено пружинами 13. На коромысле 11 закреплены две вертикальные рамки 14, охватывающие среднюю балку 8 и предназначенные дл перемещени вниз ба.тки 8, аThe invention relates to the woodworking industry, namely, lumber punching devices. A disadvantage of the known installations is low productivity. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. This is achieved by the fact that the hydraulic actuator is equipped with a yoke with vertical frames, the latter covering the middle beam, and the knee sections are fixed at the upper beam of the frame, while the rocker has at the ends of the arm that are mounted hinged, and the conveyor in the area of the supporting table made in the form of rollers that are installed outside the sections of the passage of the shoes. The device has a frame formed by upper and lower beams 1 and 2, four pillars 3. Inside the frame there is a supporting table 4 on which a roller table 5 is located to move lumber 6 and an electromagnetic stop 7. Claims

1. A device for puncturing saw-timbers containing a frame in the form of upper, middle and lower beams connected by vertical columns, a support table, hammer sections, conveyors and a hydraulic actuator, characterized in that, in order to increase productivity, the hydraulic actuator is equipped with a rocker with vertical frames, moreover the latter cover the middle beam, and the splitting sections are fixed on the upper beam of the frame.

2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that, in order to ensure uniform pressure of the sawn timber to the hammering sections, the rocker has shoes at the ends, which are pivotally mounted.
