При нажиме руками на пластину она поворачиваетс относительно осей 23 и перемещает т гу 9 и рычаг 8, освобожда защелку 7 от взаимодействи с рамой . Под действием усили взведенногоупругого элемента (пружины) ложе вместе со спортсменом перемец ;аетс вдоль рамы в направл ющих 5. Достигнув передних ограничителей 19, ложе останавливаетс , а пловец соскальзывает с него в воду, соверща прыжок. Затем ложе возвращают в исходное положение и фиксируют. Предлагаемое устройство эффективно дл обучени технике прыжков в воду детей, умеющих плавать, но .не умеющих прыгать в воду со стартовых тумбочек. Устройство вносит игровой элемент в процесс тренировки (скольжение с горки), что способствует быстрому усвоению техники прыжка и имитирует реальные услови прыжка.
