Description

Изобретение относитс  к стекольному машиностроению, в частности, дл  изготовлени  отводов и отступов из стекл ннЕЛх труб. Известен способ гибки стекл нных труб, заключающийс  в разогреве отрезка трубы с гладкими концами на участке определенной длины до разм г чени  и гибке за концы трубы на шаблоне Б направлении сверху вниз в вер тикальной плоскости, при подаче внут издели  сжатого воздуха. После гибки на станке производитс  отжиг и отрез ка концов издели  в -размер 1 . Наиболее близким  вл етс  способ гибки стекл нных труб путем нагрева заготовки в месте изгибани  при непрерывном ее вращении, последующего изгибани  заготовки в вертикальной плоскости с продувкой полости воздухом и окончательного формовани  изги ба по шаблону 2. Недостатком известных способов  в л етс  его неприменимость дл  гибки стекл нных труб диаметром более 50 м и невысокое качество гибки труб. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повыше ние качества гибки труб большого диа метра . Цель достигаетс  тем, что в способе гибки стекл нных труб, путем нагрева заготйвки в месте изгибани  при непрерывном ее вращении, изгибание заготовки в вертикальной плоскости с одновременной продувкой полости воздухом и окончательного формовани  изгиба по шаблону, изгибание заготовки ос тцествл ют при непрерывном вращении до момента скручивани  трубы. Йа фиг. 1, 2, 3 и 4 схематично изображена гибка отвода (дйойного); на фиг. 5, 6, 7 и 8 - гибка отступа. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of bending glass pipes, by heating the bale at the place of bending with its continuous rotation, bending the workpiece in a vertical plane with simultaneous blowing of the cavity with air and final shaping the bend according to the template, the bending of the workpiece is essential during continuous rotation until twisting the pipe.
