Description
Изобретение относитс к насосостроению , в частности к конструкции входнь х устройств насосов, и может быть испопьзовано при проектировании насосных уста новок при откачке, например, грунтовых вод из водосборников с большими копебани ми уровн . Известно входное устройство насоса, содержащее хомуты, закрепленные на П9двод щем патрубке, оснащенные ножам с поплавком и ле- и св занные тросами бедкой IJ . Недостатками устройства вл ютс сложность конструкции и эксплуатации, н обходимость дополнительных приводов и устройств. Наиболее близким к изобретению по технической сути и достигаемому результату вл етс входное устройство насоса содержащее фигаьтр с пластинами, размещенный на подвод щем трубопроводе, очистные скребки, вход щие в зазоры между пластинами и укреп пенные на подвижном элементе с приводом, обеспечивающим возвратно-поступательное перемещение последнего 2j. Недостаток известного устройства сложность конструкции и потребность в приводе подвижного элемента. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции и обеспечение самоочистки фильтра . Это достигаетс тем, что в предлагае- мом входном устройстве насоса привод выполнен в виде поплавка, св занного с подвижным элел ентом и размещенного соосно с фильтром. Ни фиг. 1 схематически показано входное устройство насоса, продольный разрез; на фиг. 2 - то же, поперечный разрез. Входное устройство содержит фильтр 1 с пластинами 2, размещенный на подвод щем трубопроводе 3, очистные скребки 4, укрепленные на подвижном элементе 5, и привод, выполненный в виде поплавка 6. A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of the design and the need to drive the moving element. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and ensure self-cleaning of the filter. This is achieved by the fact that, in the proposed pump inlet device, the drive is made in the form of a float associated with a movable element placed coaxially with the filter. None of figs. 1 schematically shows the input device of the pump, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same cross section. The inlet device comprises a filter 1 with plates 2, placed on the inlet pipe 3, cleaning scrapers 4 fixed on the movable element 5, and an actuator made in the form of a float 6. The inlet device operates as follows.
