Description
1one
The invention relates to rolling equipment, in particular, tools for deforming a metal.
1.Composite mill rolls are known, in which the non-uniformity of thermal expansion of the tire and axis 1 is compensated.
2.Also known is the rolling mill roll, consisting of a bandage and a zero axis, in the middle part of which not less than three parallel grooves are made at equal distances from one another 2.
The disadvantage of such a roll is the loss of performance during long-term operation due to fatigue changes occurring in the material of the roll axis.
3.The closest but technical essence to the proposed is an integral rolling roll comprising an axis and a bandage mounted on it, on the ends of which fixing elements are mounted, one of which — elastic — is made in the form of collars with radial cut and concentric waves interacting with the ends, and the other in the form of a sleeve 3.
е. не обеспечивает посто нный нат г или зазор бандажом и осью в процессе эксплуатации .However, the known roller compensates for thermal compression or expansion of the bandage only in axial direction, i.e. it does not provide a constant tension or gap with the bandage and axle during operation.
The aim of the invention is to provide a positive tension or gap between the shroud and the axle during operation when they mate on a conical surface.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed composite rolling roll the sleeve is made of a material with a linear expansion coefficient greater than that of the axle and band.
On fng. 1 shows the proposed rolling roll, a longitudinal section when the thermal expansion of the tire is less than the thermal expansion of the axis; in fig. 2 is the same when the thermal expansion of the band is greater than the thermal expansion of the core.
The composite mill roll includes an axis 1 and a bandage 2 mounted on it by means of a tension or gap, at the ends of which the fixing elements are mounted, one of which is elastic
5.Belleville springs 3, and the other is made in the form of a sleeve 4 of a material with a linear expansion coefficient greater than that of the axis and the bandage. The elastic element is fixed on the axis by a nut 5.
The device works as follows.
2).When rolling, the roll is heated. In the case of different coefficients of linear expansion of the band and the axis, an unequal increase in nx of the size n in the interface area occurs. In the case when the thermal expansion of the bandage is less than the thermal expansion of the smallpox, the sleeve is installed from the stop of a larger diameter of the seating surface (see Fig. 1). The sleeve is heated with the roller and expands 13 axially, shifting the band relative to the axis in the direction of the diameter of the seating surface, and thereby compensates for the unevenness of the thermal expansion of the band and the axis. When the roll cools down, the bandage returns to its original place by means of an elastic element. In the case when the thermal expansion of the band is greater than the thermal expansion of the axis, the device operates similarly to the previous case, however, the sleeve with a linear expansion coefficient exceeding the linear expansion coefficients of the band and the axis is installed on the side of the smaller diameter of the nasal surface (see Fig. 2).
Example. A composite mill roll is taken, including an axis of 40X steel with a linear expansion coefficient of 12-10-1 / deg and a bandage of VK-10 hard alloy with a 5.5-10-1 / hg and an outer diameter of 70 mm. The landing surface of the axle is made but KOiiycy I: IU. The bandage is installed on the axis and fixed on the larger diameter side of the axle's mounting surface with a 50% copper alloy sleeve plus 50% nickel with a 150–10–1 / hail, and on the smaller diameter side, a cup spring and nut. The length of the sleeve for completing the thermal expansion of the base of the shaft and axis when the roll is heated during the rolling process at 100 ° C is 20 mm.
