Description
3 The device works as follows. The input signal is fed to one of the inputs of the mixer 1, and the voltage from the local oscillator b comes to its other input. From the output of the mixer 1, the intermediate frequency is assigned to the IF amplifier 2, amplified, and then detected by the frequency detector 3. The error voltage is fed to the input of the block 4, which automatically turns off and turns on the automatic frequency control at the frequency of the incoming signal from source 7. At the time when the 4 LO node of the local oscillator B is turned on, the error voltage goes to the control element; 5, the last, affecting the local oscillator b, adjusts its frequency. When the frequency of the input signal sent to mixer 1 changes in the capture band, the AFC breaks down at the moment of shutdown and captures at the time of switching on the AFC by blocking node 4. When the frequency of the input signal leaves the capture band, but within the hold band, at some instant time lock occurs, i.e. automatic shutdown, and disruption of the frequency control mode. With further automatic switching on the AFC, the frequency lock does not occur. When returning
