Таким образом, предлагаемое изобретение обеспечивает - интенсификацию процесса графитизации , а также его экономичность, в св зи с отказом от применени длительного графитизирующего отжига;fitment, obtaining a homogeneous structure of carbon castings, the goal is achieved by 4TQ in a known method of obtaining graphitized steels, I conclude {dems to melt the carbon-containing charge, an oriented magnetic field is applied to the melt, the strength of which is maintained in the range of 15-15000 Oe and Melt crystallization is carried out in a magnetic field. Carbon-containing melts of systems based on elements / forming nonstray carbides (Fe, M4, Co, Sc pd, Cos, Au, and core) have a non-spin structure and there are graphite crystals of 20150 K in size. Graphite crystals have a layered structure and therefore anisotropy of physical crystals properties. The magnetic susceptibility of graphite crystals along the layers is 44 times more (algebraically) susceptibility in the direction perpendicular to the layer m. As a result of magnetic anisotropy, when applying a mechanical floor. the melt containing graphite crystals; the crystals are oriented by the plane of the layers along the magnetic field lines. In this case, large stable graphite crystals are formed, the size of which in some cases reaches 50-100 microns. The destruction of graphite during the crystallization of the melt does not occur, since the crystals have rather large sizes, and, in addition, the binding energy between the carbon atoms in the layers is very high (170 kcal / g-atom) ... Studies have shown that the positive effect of graphitization is achieved by treating the melt with a magnetic field of 30-3000 Oe, and the stronger, the more intense the field. Therefore, for the maximum magnitude of the magnetic field strength, a technically achievable at present time strength of 15,000 e. Example 1 of these, a cast iron with a carbon content of 2.5%, was melted in a heating furnace It was chosen in such a way that the imposition of the own magnetic field of the heater on the melt was avoided. The melting of the mixture was carried out in a container of non-magnetic material. After the iron melted, a oriented magnetic field of 30 Oe was applied to the melt. A magnetic field was created by a solenoid. Crystallization was carried out in a magnetic field. When the casting temperature reached 900 ° C, the magnetic field was turned off. At a casting temperature of 200 ° C, it was removed from the furnace. The cooling rate of the casting from the temperature of the melt to room temperature reached 40 degrees / min. The casting was tested for fracture. The fracture was black, which indicates the production of graphite and cast iron. The study of the microstructure of thin sections (X2QO) has shown that the casting has a fluorite graphite structure. The distribution of carbon over the casting section is uniform. Example 2. A comparative remelting of the same cast iron with 2.5% carbon was carried out without applying a magnetic field to the melt, the remaining smelting conditions are the same as in example 1 (cooling rate 40 deg / min). The casting break is light. The microstructure of thin sections (x200) of graphite precipitates was not found, which indicates the production of white cast iron with bound carbon to carbides. Example 3. The method was tested on steel with a carbon content of 1.3%. The magnetic field strength of the solenoid when applied to a melt is 800 E. Crystallization was carried out in a magnetic field. At the casting temperature, the field was turned off. The cooling rate of the casting is 40 degrees / yin. Black casting break. In the microstructure of thin sections (x200), precipitates of graphite were detected, which indicates the production of graphitized steel. Example 4: The method was carried out on steel with 0.35% carbon content. The intensity of the constant magnetic field is 3000 Oe. The conditions for the crystallization and cooling of the casting are the same as in Examples 1 and 3. The electron microscopic study of the microstructure of the samples obtained (X200) showed that there were precipitates of graphite crystals on the surface of the fractures. PRI me R. 5. The method was carried out on the system SAR. 0.1% carbon content. After melting. the charge consisting of a mixture of Ca 1 (2) a magnetic field of 800 E was applied to the melt. Crystallization was carried out in a magnetic field, the cooling rate was 45 years; ad / min. Electron microscopic studies (XOOOO) showed that there were graphite precipitates in the samples obtained. Example 6. Experimental conditions are the same as in example 5, but without applying a magnetic field. No graphite precipitates were found in the smelted samples (xlOOOU). As a result of the experiments, it was found that by applying a magnetic field to the melt, .
