Description

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению и может быть использовано Б станкостроении, например в прецизионных металлорежущих станках. Известны гидростатические передачи винт-гайка, в которых, с целью центрировани  гайки относительно вин та, использованы центрирующие втулки l, центрирующие карманы или же центрирование гайки относительно вин та обеспечиваетс  при монтаже. Наиболее близким решением к данно му изобретению из известных  вл етс  передача винт-гайка, содержаща  винт охваченный гайкой с центрирующими и несущими карманами, и дроссели сопротивлени  на входе в карманы 2j. Недостатком указанной передачи  вл етс  наличие момента от действи  радиальных составл ющих сил давлени  рабочей среды, поворачивающего гайку относительно винта в осевой плоскости . Этот поворот нарушает равномерность дросселирующих зазоров между радиальными и боковыми поверхност ми профил  резьбы винта и гайки и тем самьлм снижает несущую способность пе редачи и может, привести даже к метал лическому контакту между элементами резьбы винта и гайки. Целью изобретени   вл етс  улучшение условий гидростатического центрировани  гайки относительно винта. Достигаетс  эта цель тем, что на гайке выполнен участок без гидростатических карманов длиной в 0,5 витка винтовой линии резьбы, раздел ющий винтовую линию гайки с центрирующими и несущими карманами на две части с одинаковым и целым числом витков, при этом участок без гидростатических карманов соединен со сливом. Такое выполнение передачи винт-гайка обеспечивает исключение суммарного момента от действи  радиальных составл ющих сил давлени  рабочей среды , так как векторы моментов на част х передачи с центрирующими и несущими карманами, разделенных участком, в 0,5 витка винтовой линии без гидростатических карманов, взаимно противоположны . На фиг. 1 изображена предлагаема  передача, продольный разрез; на фиг. 2 - то же, поперечный разрез; на фиг. 3 - усредненна  эпюра радиальных составл ющих сил давлени  рабочей среды. This rotation violates the uniformity of the throttling gaps between the radial and lateral surfaces of the screw and nut thread profile, and thus reduces the bearing capacity of the gear and may even lead to metallic contact between the screw and nut thread elements. The aim of the invention is to improve the conditions of hydrostatic centering of the nut relative to the screw. This goal is achieved by the fact that the nut has a section without hydrostatic pockets with a length of 0.5 turns of the thread helix, which separates the nut helix with centering and carrying pockets into two parts with the same and a whole number of turns, while the section without hydrostatic pockets is connected with a sink. Such an implementation of the screw-nut transmission ensures the elimination of the total moment from the action of the radial component forces of the working medium pressure, since the moment vectors on the transmission parts with centering and bearing pockets separated by a section of 0.5 turns of the helix without hydrostatic pockets are mutually opposite .
