However, the known glasses have a maximum transmittance in the visible part of the spectrum in the region of 0.55 µm, which creates a certain light contrast that does not agree with the spectrum of the welding arc.
Целью изобретени вл етс согласование цветового контраста стекпа со спект-This circumstance leads to poor visibility of the object, fatigue of the welder's eyes and deterioration of the quality of work. The aim of the invention is to match the color contrast of the glass with the spectrum

Таблицаone oxide from the group: V1bgOa, CoO, SG20z f and N62051-4.5 CoO 0.1-0.5 CPgOj0.1-0.5 NOgO + KjOs14.5-15 V described stehpo, in addition to iron oxides, includes the oxide from oxides: cobalt oxide, chromium oxide, neopima oxide. These oxides, due to the intense absorption maxima in the visible part of the spectrum, create color contrasts other than TC-3 glass. The matched color contrast of the filter with the spectrum of the welding arc allows creating comfortable welding conditions, which positively affects the health of the eyes and the quality of work. Neodymium oxide creates an additional absorption maximum in the region of 0.57-0.58 µm, i.e., in the zone of maximum transparency of the filter, dividing this zone, which enhances the vegetation of the filter. In addition, neopima oxide has an absorption band in the near infrared region of the spectrum, which enhances the protective properties of the filter. Cobalt oxide forms an absorption maximum that overlaps the central part of the visible spectrum, i.e., it allows to obtain a filter with completely different contrast than TC-3. Chromium oxide creates an additional absorption maximum in the region of 65 µm, which leads to 14 stained glass. Potassium oxide causes a change in the absorption curve; it becomes steeper, which makes it possible to adjust the color contrast of the filter. Filters, obtained on the basis of identifiable glass compositions, are cooked in conventional glass melting furnaces at temperatures of about 150 ° C. In order to maintain the required equilibrium between the oxide and ferrous oxide, various reducing agents are introduced into the mixture: aluminum, tin, graphite, silicon carbide and coal. Charcoal is most commonly used. It must be introduced in an amount of 0.1-0.4 wt.%. Iron oxides in the glass, it is recommended to introduce a mixture of oxide and ferrous iron through the oxalic acid iron of the yoke; Ammonium chloride in the amount of 0.5-1 wt.% is also recommended to be added to the mixture. . In tab. 1 shows the compositions of the described glass. The lighting characteristics of some glasses are presented in Table. 2. As can be seen from the table. 2 glasses of the described compositions have color contrast different from TC-3 glass, which makes them indispensable for some special types of welding. Table
