Izvesgen operational amplifier flj containing differential ascad on bi-transistor transistors, the collectors of which are connected to the inputs of the main differential constant-current amplifier, two current generators connected respectively to the emitters and collectors of the transistor differential co-ordinator, adjustable Load on the transistor and zener diode. Lack of; the amplifier — a small increase in the common-mode rejection ratio and a low thermal stability. Closest to the proposed operational amplifier f2j, which contains a differential source follower on two field-effect transistors, a differential amplifier of direct current, which is connected to the output, and the gates of the first and second field-effect transistors, respectively, to the noninverting and inverting inputs of the operating force, the source of the first transistor is connected to the non-inverting input of a differential DC amplifier and through an alternating resistor to the output of the current generator, between the source is the second The transistor and the generator output are connected to a potentiometer, the moving contact of which is connected to the inverting input of a differential DC amplifier, a zener diode connected by an anode to the output of a negative voltage source, and a cathode to a ballast resistor connected to the zero potential by a free terminal . This device is characterized by a reduction in the common-mode rejection ratio and the difficulty of achieving high thermal stability. In order to increase the suppression factor of the common-mode signal and thermal stability, the proposed operational amplifier introduces a third field effect transistor, two additional resistors, a follower differential DC amplifier, the output of which is connected to the drains of the first and second transistors, and windings across the zener diode. Inversions of the input to the drain of the third transistor and, through an additional resistor, to the output of the source of radiation; the source of the third transistor through the second additional resistor is connected to the output of the following differential dc amplifier, and the gate to the source of the first transistor. The circuit diagram of the operational amplifier is shown in the same table. The operational amplifier contains the current generation 1, the differential amplifier 2 of the direct current, the following differential amplifier 3 of the direct current, the left transistors: 4 and 5, the alternating resistor 6, the preampiometer 7, the additional resistors 8 and, 9, the field-effect transistor U, Zener diode 11, the ballast resistor 12. The amplifier works as follows. For example, the drain source of grandastre 4 is transmitted through the transistor u to the following differential amplifier 3 of a constant current, the output voltage of which is monitored by a change in the input voltage of the operational amplifier. Thus, due to the current generator 1 and the action of the additional reverse voltage outside the drain-source, the transistor 4 n 5 is not dependent on the input signal. If the thermostable currents of transistors 4 and 5 are known, then by adjusting the current torch 1 to their sum and redistributing them in accordance with the transducers using the variable pe tcTopa 6, it is possible to ensure almost complete thermal stability of the device. Balancing the zero of differential usgel 2 by moving the contact of the oscillator 7 does not affect the split of the goKs in the fanzistors 4 and 5. By entering a small current imbalance, you can compensate for the dependence of the mixing voltage of the zero of the amplifier 2 and the characteristics of the iO transistor on the temperature change in that way to increase the thermal stability of the amplifier devices. The use of the proposed device allows raising the common-mode suppression factor to dB and due to this does not introduce additional error in the parameters of the amplifier 2c increases the input resistance to 64 ohm and provides almost complete thermal stability of the circuit. The invention includes an operational amplifier containing a differential current follower on two field-effect transistors, a differential DC amplifier whose output is connected to the output, and a clock (the thieves of the first and second field-effect transistors, respectively, are connected to the noninverting and inverting inputs of the operational amplifier, the source of the first transistor is connected to non-inverted ddmp input of the differential amplifier and through a variable resistor - with the output of the current generator, between the source of the second transient A potentiometer, the movable contact of which is connected to the inverting input of a DC differential amplifier, is connected to a stator and a generator output, a zener diode connected by an anode to the output of a negative voltage source, and a cathode to a free-area resistor connected to a free terminal with a zero potential, characterized in that, in order to increase the coefficient, suppression of the common mode signal and thermal stability, a third field effect transistor, two additional lasers, the following differential a direct current amplifier, the output of which is connected to the drains of the first and second transistors, a non-inverted input to the cathode of the Zener diode, an inverting input to the drain of the third transistor and through the first additional resistor to the output of the negative voltage source, the source of the third transistor through the additional resistor is connected to the output of the following differential dc amplifier, and the gate is connected to the source of the first glandscore.
