Изобрете ние отностггс  к кузнёчнолрессовому оборудованию и может быть иопольаовано дл  получени  утолщений на дгагаиых стержневых заготовках. По основному авт. св. № 561600 известен штамп дли однопереходной выоад ки утолщений ка стержневых заготовках, содержаищй поддерживающий инструмент, выполненный в виде плавающей разъемной секции, смонтированной на подпрунсиненных штоках. Однако производительност-ь его ограни чена, так как при длине стержн  более 4.-Х критичео1а1Х длин наблюдаетс  его нагиб. Предлагаемый штамп отличаетс  от иэ вестного , что он снабжен дополнительными подпрзокинеетшми щтоками, телескопически смонтированными з основны и установленной на этих штоках дополнительной плавакэгпей секцией поддерживающего инструмента. Такое выполнение штампа повышает его производительность. На чертеже схематично ггредстапен предлагаемый штамп. Он состоит из пуансона 1, имеющего конический ручей, матР1ЩЫ 2, выполненной из двух полуматриц, четырех поддерживающих секций 3-6. Перва  секци  3 помешена в Т-образные пазы на торце пуансона и от выпадани  предохранена винтами 7. Плавающа  секхш  4 прикреплена к штокам 8 и от проворота вокруг оси штока предохранена пазами ои . Штоки 8 телескопически установлены в штоках 9 к поджаты пружинами Ю и гайками 11.
