Description

The invention relates to vibrators which are intended for compacting concrete in various concrete and reinforced concrete structures. In such vibrators, the tip (vibrating part) is separated from the engine.

Known similar vibrators, in which the tip is articulated with the motor housing through a tube, covering in the form of a shaft unbalance connected to the motor shaft. The articulation of the unbalance shroud in such vibrators with the motor housing is rigid, which causes a strong vibration of the motor housing, and through the motor housing causes an unpleasant sensation in the hands of the worker.

In the proposed vibrator, in order to eliminate this drawback, the unbalance shaft casing connected to the handpiece is articulated with the motor housing by means of a flexible coupling (spring), which ensures damping of vibrations transmitted to the motor housing.

The vibrator has an electric motor / (Fig. 1) with a handle 2 rigidly fixed on it, to which a cable 3 is supplied for powering the electric motor. The motor body is terminated by a tubular part 4, on which a split 5 of the shock absorber sleeve 6 is fixed, rigidly tightened to part 4 with a screw 7. A sleeve 8 is inserted into the sleeve 6 and connected to the sleeve by a spring 9, one end of which is fixed to the sleeve 6 and the other is on glass 8.

In the embodiment of FIG. 1 and 2 with a vibratory tip, the cup 8 is rigidly connected to the body 13-14 of the vibrating tip by means of a tubular casing 15, covering the shaft 12 and screwed on one side into the glass 8, and on the other into the body 13-14 of the clubs, and fixed in these, by means of locknuts 16. Inside the housing 13-14, two ball supports 17 and 18 are mounted for the shaft 12, equipped with an upgraded crank 19, which is unbalance.

When the electric motor 1 is turned on by means of the switch 20 placed on the handle 2, the shaft 12 begins to rotate and causes the debalance 19 to rotate, which causes the whole body 13-14 to vibrate. In this case, the spring shock absorber 9, the work on bending and twisting, unloads from oscillations both the engine body and the hands of the worker.

In the embodiment of the tip of FIG. 3 and 4 in the form of vibrostrips, the latter differs from vibroblasts only in form and in that it is composed not of two, but of three parts 13, 14 and 14.

The tips in the form of a vibro-blade and a vibro-needle (Figs. 5, 6, and 7) are arranged somewhat differently.

As shown in FIG. 5 and 6, the housing 13-14, which encloses the unbalance 19, is attached to the cup 8 by means of a short tube (casing) 15. The attachment of the working member — the knife 21 is performed by means of its shank 22 of square section and corresponding recess in part 14 of the housing. The fastening is carried out by means of a spring 23.

A vibrator, in which the vibrating part (tip) is separated from the engine and rigidly connected to the engine shaft by means of a shaft encased for rotation of unbalance, characterized in that, for the purpose of damping vibrations, the unbalance shaft housing rigidly connected to the tip body is articulated to the motor housing by means of a flexible coupling, for example, springs. 2.
