(54) СПОСОБ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ ОПЛОДОТВОРЯЮЩЕЙ СПОСОБНОСТИ СПЕРМЫ ХРЯКОВ(54) METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE FERTILIZING ABILITY OF SPERMY MALES

Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к искусственному осеменению животных. Известен способ определени  опло дотвор ющей сп&собности спермы хр ков , основанный на отсчете времени изменени  цвета флуоресценции спермиев р. . Указанный способ может быть осуществлен лишь при наличии сложного дорогосто щего оборудовани  - люминисцентного микроскопа. Оснащение пунктов (предпри тий) искусственног осеменени  животных такими микроско пами не производитс , поэтому реали ци  способа в производственных услови х очень затруднена. С целью упрощени  и повышени  Точности способа определени  оплодо твор ющей способности спермы хр ков пробу спермы смешивают с растворами сукцината натри  и тетразоли  синег и по .времени по влени  розовой окра ки суд т об оплодотвор ющей способности спермы. Способ осуществл ют следующем Об разом. К 5 мл спермы добавл ют по 0,5 м растворов О,2 М сукцината натри  и 0,2% -ного тетразоли  синего, жидкость перемешивают, помещают в тер мостат с температурой 38 с и отсчитывают врем  до момента по влени  розовой окраски. Этим способом можно определ ть оплодотвор ющую способность спермы животных и других видов, однако объегл пробы в этом случае измен ют с таким расчетом, чтобы исло спермиев в пробе оставалось эквивалентным . Например, из э кул та быка дл  анализа берут 0,5 мл спермы. Общий объем реактивов в зависимости от вида животных составл ет от 20 до 200% по отношению к объему пробы. Экспериментальна  проверка спосо ба на Борисовском свиноводческом комплексе Минской -области показала, что,если врем  по лени  окраски в об- разцах спермы не превышало 4мин,оплодотвор емость свиноматок этой спермой составл ла 79,2%, 5-10мин-76,2%; более 10 мин - 57,1%. Использование э кул тов с высокой оплодотвор ющей способностью позволит рационально эксплуатировать маточное поголовье/свиней, уменьшить процент прохолоста. In order to simplify and improve the Accuracy of the method of determining the fertility of the sperm of the x-ray, a sample of sperm is mixed with solutions of sodium succinate and tetrazole blue and, in time for the appearance of rose coloration, the fertilizing capacity of sperm is judged. The method is carried out as follows. 0.5 m solutions of O, 2 M sodium succinate and 0.2% blue tetrazolium are added to 5 ml of sperm, the liquid is stirred, placed in a thermostat with a temperature of 38 s, and the time until the pink color appears. In this way, the fertilizing ability of sperm from animals and other species can be determined, however, in this case, the sample is changed in such a way that the sperm number in the sample remains equivalent. For example, 0.5 ml of semen is taken from an eculate bull for analysis. The total volume of reagents, depending on the type of animal, is from 20 to 200% relative to the sample volume. Experimental testing of the method at the Borisov pig breeding complex in the Minsk region showed that if the laziness time in the sperm samples did not exceed 4 min, the fertility of sows with this sperm was 79.2%, 5-10 min-76.2%; more than 10 min - 57.1%. The use of ekulets with high fertilizing ability will allow rationally exploiting the breeding stock / pigs, to reduce the percentage of cattle.
