Description
(54) СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ ОЛИВ ДЛЯ ЖЕЛУДОЧНЫХ(54) METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OLIVE FOR VENTRICLE
PROBES do not deteriorate, and the manufacturing and operational capabilities of the olive are dramatically improved. Example. For making olives, dispersed antimony powder and high polyethylene powder are taken. density P4040LK and mix them at a ratio of 3 weight.h. antimony at 0.25 weight, h. polyethylene, then pressed in the form of an olive at a temperature of 200-250 C, specific pressure of 720 kg / s and time of pressing of 30 minutes. With a sufficient content of antimony crystalline particles in a polyethylene bond, they are reliably in contact with each other, ensuring sufficient electrical conductivity of the electrode, and the ability of polyethylene to pass hydrogen ions and low porosity of the olive significantly increase the contact surface, the accuracy and stability of the shown olyx. The composition of various samples of antimony polymer and the results of comparing their readings with the readings of metallic antimony olive are given in Tables 1 and 2. From these data, it can be seen that image 1 does not provide contact, sometimes unstable readings are also observed in sample 23. Samples 3-5 have stable readings; however, Sample 5 is mechanically not sufficiently Durable. Therefore, the best ratios between the weight parts of antimony and polymer in Samples 3 and 4, at temperatures below, are not sufficiently good contact between the polymer and the filler particles, that leads to a decrease in the strength of the olive, especially in physiological environments. At temperatures above 250 C, as a result of intensive thermo-oxidative processes, the fragility of the olive increases significantly. Under conditions of pressure less than 450 kg / cm, monolithicity of olive is not required, and under conditions of pressure over kg / cm, the residual stresses in the product (olive) increase, which leads to a decrease in the stability of the properties of the product. When the pressing time is less than 10 minutes, the olive is not uniform, but when pressing time is above 40 minutes, the properties of the olive do not improve. It is also possible to produce olives by pouring them under pressure of 10001800 kg / cm at a temperature of 210270 ° С Extruded olive is easily processed, firmly glued to the polymer. rubber and rubber parts of the probe, the olive is less oxidized during operation and, if necessary, is easy to clean. Olive cracking (samples 1-4) is not observed during processing, or during cleaning, or during operation. The large weight of the olive facilitates its introduction and installation in the correct position in the stomach. Antimony losses during treatment are eliminated. Olives and the probe as a whole are easily repaired and recovered; The proposed method significantly reduces the cost of production of olives and improves their operational capabilities.
