Description
(5D) DYE FOR GLASS
The invention relates to compositions of dyes used in the manufacture of container, varietal, decorative and other types of colored glass. At present, for the production of colored glass in glass factories, a vitreous pigment is used, following soy 4 ava, by weight,% :. BSCd.1.5 AKjrO 1 - AU CaO M | 01 10 MpO 0.3-34.9 0.1-34.7 4 The closest to the invention in terms of its essence and the resultant result is a dye for glass, which contains ingredients in the following ratios, wt.%: 25 - 30 5-10 CaO 5O - 55 5-15 MgO 5 - 15 2.. The disadvantage of these dyes for glass is their incomplete dissolution in glass, which does not provide a sufficiently high uniformity of color. The aim of the invention is to ensure & a cue complete dissolution of the dye in the glass. To achieve this goal, the dye for glass, including SiOnrABjOa CaO, MgO and CfgO, additionally contains M tf O, with the following ratio of ingredients, mass,%: 640225 CaO45 MgO5 C Od5 MttO 1 The essence of the invention is as follows. The dye is obtained by melting the mixture containing the corresponding raw materials. In particular, for the preparation of the dye, waste slag of the ferro-chromium production is used, into which, in addition to smelting, manganese oxide is additionally introduced in an amount of 1-15 wt.%. At the same time, waste slag is utilized and due to the addition of manganese oxide improves the conditions for the separation of metallic inclusions from the dye. The dye is introduced into the glass in the amount of & -50% of the weight of the painted glass. As a result, in the dye, chromium oxide is in the form of a Cf compound Od MCO, which chemically interacts with the glass components and completely dissolves in the glass without changing the cooking temperature. There are no solid particles of chromium oxide (inclusions in the form of black dots) in the glass, in addition, the Peace input allows lowering the high-temperature viscosity and thus facilitates the glass logging. When using the dye, the number of charge components is reduced, for example, no additional input of manganese-containing materials is required.
Each mixture of charge and dye with different content of ingredients is cooked separately in crucibles in a gas oven.
2.Characteristics of glasses with different | Ny composition of the dye are given in Table. 2
1Tables An additional effect from the use of the dye is the expansion of colors from yellow-green, green to dark brown, improvement of spectral characteristics in the 40O-S2O nm wavelength range, expansion of the range, such as making aventurine glasses, due to the combined presence of chromium and manganese acids. . The optimum additive is in the range of 1-15% by weight. When the content of the MNO is less than 1 wt.%, Staining the glass with an increase in the amount of injected dye does not increase with, no improvement is also observed in the spectral characteristics of the glass. With the introduction of more than 15 wt.% MftO, the dye loses its ability to self-dissolve and requires additional grinding. chenii, which leads to an increase in the number of technological operations. In tab. 1 shows examples of compositions with different oxides. Table 1
The dye introduced into glass, welded at a temperature of 144 ° -1450 ° C, dissolves well and has no inclusions.
Glass tinted with such a redtel can be used. Glass narrow narrow-mouth containers for any type of product can also be used to make aventurine glass.
Approximately saving from the use of dye will be 15O thousand rubles. in 1 year due to the use of industrial waste and improvement of the performance of the plants.
