(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ СОЕДИНЕНИЯ КОНЦОВ ВАЛОВ Вкладыш 5 обеспечивает передачу крут щего момента определенной величины и срезаетс при превышении ее благодар соответствуюшему подбору материала и размеров поперечного сечени , т. е. выполн ет функцию предохранительной муфты. Дл соединени концов валов одинакового диаметра, зафиксированных от осевого смещени , вкладыш 5 выполн ют с четырьм отверсти ми 6 на периферии, в ко , торые установлены два фиксатора 7 в виде круглых пружинных колец, охватывающих валы 1,2 (фиг. 1-3). Дл соединени концов валов, один из которых не зафиксирован от осевого смещени , в них выполн ют соответственно отверсти 8, 9. Во вкладыше 5 выполн ют также два отверсти . Вкладыш 5 устанавливают в торцовые сквозные пазы 3, 4 валов 1, 2, а в соБмешенные отверсти 8, 9 валов 1, 2 и отверсти 6 вкладыша 5 вставл ют фиксатор 7, который располагают вдоль валов 1, 2 и выполн ют в этом случае в виде пружинного кольца пр моугольной формы с загибаемыми после сборки соединени концами 10 ( фиг. 4, 5). Дл соединени концов валов разных диаметров вкладыш 5 изготавливают со сту.. пен ми 11, 12, соответствующими диаметрам валов 1, 2.и с четырьм отверсти ми 6 на периферии, в которые вставл ют фиксаторы 7, выполненные в виде круглых пружинных колец с диаметрами, соответствующими диаметрам валов 1, 2 (фиг. 6). Формула изобретени 1.Устройство дл соединени концов валов , содержащее вкладыш, установленный в сквозные пазы на торцах соедин емых валов , и фиксаторы, отличающеес тем, что, с целью упрощени конструкции и монтажа устройства, вкладыш выполнен в виде пластины пр моугольного сечени с отверсти ми , а фиксаторы - в виде пружин, вход щих в отверсти вкладыша. 2.Устройство по п. 1, отличающеес тем, что фиксатор выполнен в виде пружины пр моугольной формы, а в соедин емых валах выполнены радиальные отверсти , совмещаемые с отверсти ми вкладыша , в которых размещены концы фиксатора. 3.Устройство по пп. 1 и 2, отличающеес тем, что, с целью предохранени устройства от перегрузок, вкладыш выполнен срезающимс . To connect the ends of the shafts of the same diameter, fixed against axial displacement, the insert 5 is made with four holes 6 at the periphery, in which two clamps 7 are installed in the form of round spring rings, covering the shafts 1,2 (Fig. 1-3) . To connect the ends of the shafts, one of which is not secured against axial displacement, holes 8, 9 are made in them respectively. In the insert 5, two holes are also made. The liner 5 is installed in the end grooves 3, 4 of the shafts 1, 2, and the fixing holes 8, 9 of the shafts 1, 2 and the openings 6 of the liner 5 insert a clamp 7, which is placed along the shafts 1, 2 and in this case, The shape of a spring ring is rectangular in shape with the ends 10 bent after assembly of the joint (Figs. 4, 5). To connect the ends of the shafts of different diameters, the insert 5 is made with studs 11, 12 corresponding to the diameters of the shafts 1, 2. and with four holes 6 on the periphery into which clamps 7 are inserted, made in the form of round spring rings with diameters corresponding to the diameters of the shafts 1, 2 (Fig. 6). Claim 1. Device for connecting shaft ends, comprising an insert installed in through grooves at the ends of connected shafts, and clamps, characterized in that, in order to simplify the construction and installation of the device, the insert is made in the form of a plate of rectangular cross section with holes , and clamps — in the form of springs entering the liner openings. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the retainer is made in the form of a rectangular spring, and in the connected shafts radial holes are made, aligned with the holes of the liner, in which the ends of the retainer are placed. 3. The device according to paragraphs. 1 and 2, characterized in that, in order to protect the device from overloads, the insert is cut off.
