(54) WORKING ORGAN OF ROTARY EXCAVATOR
Нри дальнейшем повороте ротора отверстие 9 ступицы перекрываетс и подача сжатого воздуха к ковшу прекращаетс .The invention relates to the field of earthmoving machinery and can be used in rotary excavators. A working body of a rotor excavator is known, including a rotor with buckets having pneumatic chambers formed by a bottom of the bucket and an elastic diaphragm 1. The disadvantage of this working body of a rotor excavator is poor cleaning of the buckets during unloading. The closest to the invention technical solution known is the working body of the rotor excavator, including buckets mounted on the rotor, the casing of which has intake, rear parts and openings connected by channels to a distributor for periodically supplying the working medium. The disadvantage of this design of the working body of a rotary excavator is the poor unloading of its buckets. The aim of the invention is to provide more efficient cleaning of the buckets by squeezing the soil out of them. This is achieved in that the rear parts of the bucket body are made in the form of a seat. FIG. 1 shows the working body of a rotary excavator; in fig. 2 is a section along A-A in FIG. 1. The tool member consists of a rotor 1 with buckets 2 discharging through the intake part to the receiving device 3 for the soil. The rear part of the bucket body is made in the form of a nozzle 4 with a hole 5 for connection with a source of working medium — compressed air or gas. The rotor is mounted with the possibility of rotation on the axis 6, which is not fixed on the boom. The axis is made with a gas supply duct 7 connected to a source of working medium — compressed air or gas — and a window 8 in the lateral surface. In the hub of the rotor, holes 9 are connected, connected by a pneumatic line 10 to buckets 2. Cleaning the buckets from soil is carried out as follows. When the rotor 1 rotates, the soil cut by the cutting elements is placed in the buckets 2, and the rear cone-shaped part of them is also filled up. When the bucket enters the unloading zone, the soil is unloaded through the intake part by gravity. At the same time, the hole 9 of the hub connected to this bucket is aligned with the window 8 and the compressed air entering through this window ejects soil from the bucket. When the rotor rotates further, the hole 9 of the hub closes and the supply of compressed air to the bucket stops.
