Description

The proposed device aims to automate the sorting and cleaning of lumber coming from the sawmill frame.

To do this, the rear-axle conveyor device must satisfy any of the existing basic schemes of the technological process of sawmills, namely:

1) sawing into camber with the separation of slabs from boards with direct or lateral removal of the latter;

2) sawing out of a bar, with separation of croakers, straight-through cleaning of trimming and side dumping of a bar to

3) the collapse of the timber - the department clean cut boards, trimming and croakers.

According to the invention, this is achieved by the fact that the downhole-shaped device has between the blades of a conventional guide vane endlessly cinched conveyor chains, controlled by the butt part of the sawn timber coming out of the frame and serving to separate the individual elements of the sawmill with the required speed.

Moreover, these fists, in order to adapt them to different widths of sawn timber, are made sliding.

When sawing up according to the first scheme (B camber), chains 5 and 5a and rollers 23 are turned off. If the boards are cleaned with a roller conveyor, then the roller 14 is also turned off. In this case, the knives 2 do not perform sorting functions, they serve only to provide a clamping block of boards from inverters.
