Description

азе °«; Найдено,%: С 60,8;Н 9,41;NO,98. Как видно из таблицы, блок-сополимеры окисей этиленаи пропилена на основе п-фенилендиамина по деэмульгирующей способности превосход т импортный реагент диссолван 4411 и известный блок-сополимер окисей этилена и пропилена на основе двухатомного фенола (пирокатехина).(54) BLOCK-COPOLYMER As a DEEMULGATOR inverse cooler and bubbler to introduce alkylene oxides, 7.50 g. (0.07) p-phenylenediamine and 0.07 g (0.00125 g. Mol) KOH as a catalyst are placed. . The contents of the flask are heated and, at 150-160 ° C, ethylene oxide is added in an amount of 73.3 g (1.67 g-mol) with continuous stirring of the reaction mixture. The amount of ethylene oxide added is determined by weight gain. 12.95 g (2.23 GMOL) of propylene oxide are added to the obtained product at 130. The amount of added propylene oxide is also determined by the weight gain. The product yield 209,8 g (100%); jja l. 700. calculated,%; C 60; H 9.7; N 0.93. aze ° "; Found,%: C 60.8; H, 9.41; NO, 98. On the PMR spectrum, resonant signals of protons of the next chemical shift groups are observed. The spectrum is recorded on a T 60 Varian instrument at N-60 MHz. Example 2. To 300 ml of a water-oil emulsion, add a 1% aqueous solution of a demulsifier — a p-phenylenediamine-based block copolymer at the rate of 20 g / t of oil and mix with the emulsion for 10 minutes. Then, the treated oil is settled in a water bath for 2 hours at 4550 ° C, noting every 0.5 hour a volume of settled water. After 2 hours, the oil layer is siphoned off from the sump to the flask, leaving an intermediate oil layer in the sump equal to 3% of the amount of oil recovered and analyzed for residual water content by the Dean-Stark method. At the same time, tests with Dissolvan 4411 and without demulsifier are set. Data on the demulsifying ability are presented in the table. As can be seen from the table, block copolymers of ethylene and propylene oxides based on p-phenylenediamine, by demulsifying ability, are better than imported reagent dissolvan 4411 and the known block copolymer of ethylene oxides and propylene based on dihydric phenol (pyrocatechin).
