Description
Поставленна цель достигаетс применением в качестве добавки азотнофосфорной композиции на основе мочевины, включающей комплексные фосфаты мочевины и аммонк при соотношении X Р «0,75:1-3,5:1 и получаемой при нейтрализации фосфорными кислота1ми водноаммиачного раствора мочевины и карбамата аммони .The invention relates to the production of feed containing, in a complex, nitrogen and phosphorus, which are necessary for feeding animals. Urea phosphate based feed additives are known, which are obtained by mixing urea with phosphoric acid. Such additives contain one nutrient (urea) or a large amount of phosphorus (urea phosphates). When using carbamide (urea-g wine) due to the high rate of hydrolysis of urea in the rumen, intoxication of animals is possible. For low concentration feeding types, it is necessary to introduce up to 5% of urea into the compound feed to replenish the missing nitrogen of the diet. This is more than two times its permissible concentration, above which animals are intoxicated. Therefore, in the feed industry it is not possible to use urea in quantities that meet the needs of: the animals in the missing nitrogen. Intoxication of animals is practically not observed when feeding diammonium phosphate 2 However, the use of this one ammonium salt cannot fully solve the problem of enriching feed with synthetic nitrogen sources. In the diet, which is 30% deficient in protein, replenishment of the missing nitrogen by means of diammonium phosphate simultaneously increases the phosphorus content, the amount of which is two times higher than that provided by the norms of feeding. The use of diammonium phosphate does not meet the requirements of the production technology of animal feed. It is hygroscopic, caking, and also partially decomposed during storage. The release of ammonia during storage of this salt leads to the most negative results. The aim of the invention is to create a new feed additive that contains nitrogen and phosphorus in balanced quantities and is well fed with animal feed. This goal is achieved by using as an additive a nitrogen-phosphorus composition based on urea, including complex phosphates of urea and ammonium with a ratio of X P ≈ 0.75: 1-3.5: 1 and obtained by neutralizing phosphoric acid with a water ammonia solution of urea and ammonium carbamate.
31 ,This composition contains mainly complex ammonium phosphates of urea, is used as a fertilizer and can be obtained by well-known methods 31,
The use of this composition as a feed additive provides the animals' need for missing basic nutritional elements. The additive has a high degree of utilization in the body and does not possess toxic properties even in the case of feeding with an irreproachable content of animals.
The additive, called amidophosphate, has good physicochemical properties: it is obtained in granular form, not hygroscopic, does not cake during storage, its granules have high mechanical strength and are completely soluble in water.

The calculation of feed costs. On 1 kg of weight gain showed a significant decrease in this indicator in the groups / treated with the proposed feed additive in comparison with urea.
The productivity of sheep, in the diet of which the nitrogen-phosphate composition was introduced, is also higher in terms of weight gain - by 14.7% and in wool shearing - by 10.7% compared to animals treated with urea. Amidophosphate improves sheep's use of nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus feed and increases the digestibility of all nutrients. The single dose of amidophosphate in the diet can be increased to 38 g without harming the animal, while the normal dose is 15 g per day.
