2 - разрез л-л фиг. i.The invention relates to hammer construction and can be used for vibro-impact piling, sheet piling, etc., as well as for forging and pressing. The vibrohammer is known, including the shock part, the pusher and the drive. His work is based on the excitation of the shock mass. However, such a hammer does not provide high shock speeds. Another vibrohammer is known, including the body, impact weight, elastic, coupling, and movement limiter ts22. This hammer is closest to the described invention. It contains a vertical massless elastic rod, at the end of which the mass is concentrated is set in motion. The upper support is a stationary hinge, the lower support is a sleeve with a ball bearing which is attached to a periodic movement, as a result of which the stiffness of the rod changes. The disadvantage of this vibratory hammer is that the periodic movement of the sleeve is not associated with the movement of the concentrated mass. This does not allow to fully use the capabilities of the vibratory hammer in terms of impact velocity. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the vibratory hammer in operation. This is achieved by the fact that the vibratory hammer, which includes the body, the impact mass, the elastic connection, and the limiter. displacement, equipped with a hydraulic system with a spool connected to hydraulic cylinders, a sensor for raising the impact mass, an inductive sensor for changing the sign of velocity, and two electromagnetic devices for spring release from dogs, the elastic connection being made in the form of two identical spring springs, lower which are connected to the displacement limiter, and the upper one to the shock mass, the coordinate sensor is mounted on the housing and electrically connected to the inner tube, the induction sensor is installed. on the impact mass and electrically connected with two electromagnetic devices for release of springs from dogs, one of i, which is connected with the lower spring, and the other with the upper spring. FIG. 1 shows schematically the vibrating hammer proposed, the dividing section; in fig. 2 shows a cross section of an LF of FIG. i.
