Машина снабжена загрузочной воронкой 1 с распределителем 2 фарша. Фарш из воронки 7 поступает в винтовой насос 3, состо щий из двух винтов Пи 12 (фиг. 1-3), снабженных каждый правой и левой резьбой, причем лопасти одного винта плотно вход т в промежутки между лопйст ми другого. В середине винтов нарезки нет, вследствие чего образуетс отверстие 13 (фиг. 3). Винты насоса получают вращение от электродвигател 7 при помош,и цилиндрических шестерен и имеют встречное движение, вследствие чего фарш передвигаетс к отверстию 13, вдавливаетс в него и проходит через отверстие 6 в ресивер 5, создава в последнем давление. Из ресивера 5 фарш направл етс в издели через штлцеры. Машина снабжена манометром 10 и предохранительным клапаном 14, соедин ющим ресивер 5 с воронкой / при помощи каналов 8 и 9, вследствие чего при повышении давлени выше нормального машина работает сама на себ . Машина снабжаетс устройством дл автоматической остановки при полном израсходовании фарша.The machine is equipped with a feed hopper 1 with a minced meat distributor 2.
