Description
3The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to electromagnetic systems and inductive elements. Inductive elements are used as resistances in various alternating and pulsating current circuits. Reactors are known to limit short-circuit currents, i; as well as to suppress high-frequency interference in electric transport, reactive coils for dividing the current in parallel branches of static converters l. The closest to the technical essence is a reactive coil, made in the form of a spiral, containing a winding made of a conductor with insulating and magnetically conductive layers 2. The disadvantages of such a coil are large weight and size. The aim of the invention is to increase the inductance of the coil with the same weight and dimensions. This is achieved due to the fact that the magnetic conductor layer is applied on the windings in continuous along the conductor axis with areas located against each other. FIG. Figure 1 shows a winding wire of rectangular cross section with deposited layers of magnetically conductive material and an air gap between them; in fig. 2 shows a section through a coil wound with a wire of the angle section; in fig. 3 is a view of a circular winding wire with deposited layers of magnetically conductive material and an air gap between them; in fig. 4 a section of a coil wound with round wire. The coil consists of a winding wire 1 with a magnetic conductor layer 2 deposited on it on both sides, having an air gap 3. The coil windings are separated from each other by an insulation layer 4. When an alternating or pulsed current flows through the winding wire 1, It forms a magnetic field, the lines of force of which are closed through the magnetic conductive material 2, the magnetic permeability of which is several hundred times greater than that of air. The distance of the magnetic flux through the air will be minimal due to this sharply increases. inductive impedance coil. In order for the inductance of the coil to remain linear at current values, the magnetic conductor material 2 has an air gap 3
The proposed coil is designed to suppress high-frequency noise in electric transport.
