The invention relates to the field of forest industry. The device is designed to collect and extract semi-submerged and emergency wood, which is a consequence of the transport of timber by river rafting.

A device for extracting semi-submerged logs is known, containing its floating base, on which a lifting mechanism with a roller table is located, the free end of which is equipped with a driving drum with spikes 1J. Such a device does not provide a reliable capture of logs.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of log pickup. This is achieved by the fact that the beam is pivotally attached to the roller table by means of a hydraulic cylinder and is equipped with an additional driving drum.

The drawing shows the proposed device. It contains a floating base 1, which houses the full range of necessary mechanisms, including a roller table 2, pivotally connected to the base and rotated in a vertical plane with a special mechanism, such as a hydraulic cylinder (not shown). The device works as follows.
