(54) УСТРОЙСТВО дл МАРКИРОВКИ ПЛОСКИХ ИЗДЕЛИЙ Ролик 8 приводитс во вращение от распределительного вала 2 посредством кулачка 5 и обгонной муфты 20. Маркирующие элементы спарены с прижимами 11 и привод тс в возвратно-пос петельное движение от вала 2 посредством кулачков 3,4, т г и пружин. Ползун 13 приводитс .в возвратнопоступательное движение от вала 2 посредством кулачка 6, т г и пружин и имеет два фиксированных положени в зоне маркирующих элементов и в эоне прижимов 11. Устройство работает следующим образом. В ванночку 10 заливают маркировочную краску и-включают привод. С помощью механических упоров прижимы 11 и маркирующие элементы выключены , а ролик 8 получает прерывистое вращение от кулачка 5 через обгонную муфту 20 и выполн ет шаговую подачу ленты 7. При этом благодар непосредг ственному контакту рабочей поверхнос .ти с краской в ванночке 10 ролик 8 переносит краску по внутренней повер ности ленты 7. Через несколько оборотов ленты 7 механические упоры отличаютс , и все механизмы устройства получают рабочие движени . Прижимы 11, двига сь вниз, нажимают на ленту 7 и прижимают ее внутренними поверхност ми к клише 12 нанос на их поверхность слой краски Ползун 13 в это врем находитс в зо не прижимов. Затем толкатели возвращаиотс в исходное положение, ползун перемещаетс в зону маркирующих элементов и фиксируетс в ней. В этот момент маркирующие элементы движутс навстречу друг другу и эластичными подушечками 15 прижимаютс к клише 1 принима на себ отвечатки маркировочных знаков, затем снова возвращаютс в исходное положение, а ползун возвращаетс в зону прижимов 11. Датчик 18 выключает привод, конденсатор устанавливают на опорную планку 16, одновременно нажима на рычаг 1/, который, воздейству на датчик 18, включает привод. При этом маркир тощие элементы сближаютс и касаютс поверхностей конденсаторов, оставл на них отпечатки маркировочных знаков. В этот же момент прижимы 11 снова прижимают ленту 7 к клише, оставл на них очередную порцию краски. Дгшее процесс маркировки повтор етс аналогичным образом. In doing so, the skinny elements approach and touch the surfaces of the capacitors, leaving imprints of markings on them. At the same time, the clamps 11 again press the tape 7 to the cliché, leaving another portion of paint on them. The next marking process is repeated in the same way.
