Description
The mechanism for back-up winding on weft wooters.
It was announced on April 5, 1939, in the NKText for La 121. Published 30 November 1940.
Already known mechanisms for back-up winding are at watering stations, in which the position of the winding bar of the winding stationary stationary for the time of the backup winding is ensured by turning off the winding mechanism from the fingers of the washer, which is free on the winding shaft and activated by the coupling. Such mechanisms are practically quite complicated, since they require the presence of a mechanism for turning on the shaft of the winding mechanism of a washer and a number of intermediate links between the latter and the winding mechanism for turning it off from work during standby winding. Assembling and setting up the already known mechanisms for backing up winding on the wind switches are therefore quite complex, time consuming and have experienced personnel.
In the proposed mechanism of the same purpose, designed to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages of already known structures, to keep the winding bar in a stationary position during standby, the winding eccentric is located on the shaft freely and is equipped with a gear sleeve designed for coupling to the movable coupling along the winding shaft. With this form of implementation of the mechanism, there is no transmission from a number of links to the winding mechanism, which is replaced by a clutch that interacts periodically directly with the winding eccentric. Such a device simplifies the design of the mechanism and constitutes its advantage over the commonly used ones.
In FIG. 1 shows a general view of an exemplary embodiment of the mechanism according to the invention; FIG. 2 shows the location of the backup winding on the weft shpule.
The mechanism provides for the location of the backup winding at the very bottom of the spool winding, that is, at the location indicated in FIG. 2 letter a. The backup winding is carried out when the winding bar is stopped at its lowest position, i.e., when the roller of the winding lever interacts with the winding eccentric on the smallest radius of the latter. The reel eccentric 2, which is free to sit on the shaft, is equipped with a toothed bushing /. Gear 3 sits freely on the same shaft, also equipped with
1.gear sleeve. Gear 8 is engaged with gear 4, loosely seated on axis 5, and adjustable pin 6 is installed in the slot of gear 4. It serves to shut off the standby winding mechanism. A movable coupling 7 is mounted on the key of the winding shaft, controlled by turning the lever 8 and interlocking with the eccentric 2 or gear 5. The lever 8 under the action of the spring 9 tends to interlock the coupling 7 with the sleeve / eccentric. During the accumulation of the reserve, the clutch 7 is coupled with the bushing of the gear 5, due to which rotation of the gear 4 takes place, during which the reserve is wound, at the same time the eccentric 2 does not slip, i.e. the ring bar remains stationary. The finger 6 interacts with the shank of the pawl 10, locking the lever 8 and releasing the spring-loaded lever "for engaging the clutch 7 with the sleeve / for driving the eccentric 2 with a normal hank. Gear 4 is provided with a counterweight //, designed to automatically return gear 4 to its original position until it stops, not shown in FIG. one.
4.The length of the backup winding is controlled by moving the pin 6 in the slot of the gear 4.
