Electrostatic precipitators are known that contain flat corona and precipitating electrodes 1 or profiled electrodes 2 having protrusions that impart rigidity to the electrodes. Also known is an electrostatic precipitator containing corona electrodes made of plates with sawtooth protrusions along the edges and mounted parallel to them collecting electrodes made of plates with protrusions directed toward the corona electrodes 3. However, in such an electrostatic precipitator the distance from the projections of the corona electrodes to the plane of the collecting electrodes is less than the distance from the flat part of the discharge electrodes to the collecting electrodes, and the level of the operating voltage is determined by the breakdown voltage by sticking in the corona discharge zone, which is significantly lower than the breakdown voltage of the electrostatic region (the region between the flat part of the discharge electrode and the collecting electrode electrode). The purpose of the invention is to increase the operating voltage of the electric field, which leads to an increase in the degree of dust collection. For this, in the proposed electrostatic precipitator, the projections of the discharge electrodes are located in the plane of the electrode, and the discharge electrodes themselves are set relative to the collecting electrodes so that the flat parts of the discharge electrodes are opposite the projections of the corresponding collecting electrodes, and the edges of the discharge electrodes of the sawtooth form are opposite the flat parts of the corresponding collecting electrodes electrodes. FIG. 1 shows the relative position of the corona and collecting electrodes; in fig. 2 is a view along arrow A in FIG. 1. Precipitation electrodes are made of plates 1 with protrusions 2, and parallel to them are corona electrodes made of plates 3 with protrusions 4 of a saw-like shape along the edges. Corona electrodes have rigging 5 to stiffen. As can be seen in FIG. 1, in the proposed electrostatic precipitator, the distance in the corona discharge zone between the projections 4 of the corona electrodes and the flat part of the plates 1 of the collecting electrodes is greater than the distance in the electrostatic field between the projections 2 of the collecting electrodes and the flat part of the plates 3 of the corona electrodes. The zones of the electrostatic field are wide, and the electrical voltage of the p and ol is significantly increased in comparison with the corona discharge region. Due to this, when the gas moves through the apparatus, aerosol particles charged in the corona discharge zones can repeatedly pass through the extended zones of the electrostatic field. The electrostatic precipitator reduces the likelihood of reverse corona formation when trapping high impedance dusts since, in the expanded zones of the electrostatic field, there is no ion flow and the deposited dust layer is continuously discharged, and the current density in the zones of corona discharge can vary, for example, by the height and pitch of the projections. In the proposed apparatus, the cleaning of the electrodes can be carried out both dry and wet methods. These differences of the proposed electrostatic precipitator make it possible to increase the degree of gas purification, for example, when capturing high resistance. Formula of the invention Electrostatic precipitator containing discharge electrodes made of plates with central flat part and protrusions of sawtooth shape and parallel to them precipitating electrodes made of lamella plates directed toward the corona electrodes, characterized in that, in order to increase the degree of gas purification by increasing the strength of the electric ktricheskogo floor, protrusions of discharge electrodes disposed in the plane of the electrode, and discharge electrodes are themselves mounted relative to the precipitation so that the flat portions of the discharge electrodes are present opposite the respective projections of the collecting electrodes and discharge electrodes of the sawtooth edge forms are opposite flat portions of the respective collecting electrodes.
