Недостатком известного способа вл -етс низкое качество правки проката изза неравномерности нагрева поверхности. Целью насто щего изобретени вл етс повышение- качества правки выправл емого проката. Дл этого предложено нагрев осущест вл ть по винтовой линии путем последовательного включени источников нагрева. На фиг. 1 изображена схема правки по предлагаемому способу; на фиг. 2 - схема расположени нагревателей; по сечению проката; на фиг. 3 - эпюра максимальных напр жений по сечению проката.
