The invention relates to the equipment for the separation of liquids in the process of centrifugal vultures and can be used in the food, chemical and medical industries.

A separator is known, which contains a casing, a vertically installed cylinder with a package of napkins, a lid and a nut, a pressure disc with a pipe up of the outlet of the liquid fraction i.

The disadvantage of the known separator is a reduction in the quality of the products being separated due to leakage of the rocking components into the casing through the gap between the pressure disc and the drum, as well as the occurrence of overflow of the liquid fraction on the outer surface of the pressure disc in the increase in the separator performance.

The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the separated liquid fraction by preventing its contact with the environment,. and also increase in productivity of a separator.

In order to reach the goal, the casing has a concentric discharge pipe

the disk has cylindrical shells, in the gap between which a spring-loaded ring is mounted, and inside the nut over the pressure disc there is a washer interacting with the spring-loaded ring, with ribs fixed at the end surfaces of the pressure disc at an angle of 3G-60 to the radius.

The ribs may have a curved profile. In this case, the angle of inclination of their profile is chosen so as to ensure a complete discharge of the rotating fluid into the drum outfit with minimal turbulence in the flow.

The separator contains a drum 1 with a packet. Through the central supply pipe 11 into the drum 1, the initial fluid is poured, which is subjected to a known thin layer separasia.

The purified fraction is expelled from the separator via a pressure disc 5.

The presence of the ribs allows you to increase the limit of permissible immersion of the pressure disc in the liquid and thereby increase the capacity of the separator.
