(54) СПОСОБ СБРАЖИВАНИЯ КРАХМАЛСОДЕРЖАЩЕГО СЫРЬЯ ПРИ ПГОИЗВОДСТВЕ СПИРТА pacTBqpHMbix Сахаров и нерастворе1шого крахмала 0,615%,  ераст&оренный крахмал отсутствует. Закономерность повтор лась в многократно {Проведенных опытах. Практически весь крахмал превращаетс  в сбраживаемые сахара. Среду подготовле ную таким способом, охлаждают до 30°Си сбраживаю ври 30° С после внесени  засевных дрожжей в количес ве. 100 млн на 1 мл среды.
