(54) BOTTLER - CATCHER
This invention relates to well drilling devices. Borehole catchers are known for removal from the bottom of large and small. A bottomhole catcher is known, which includes a housing with a movable sludge pipe with a reflector and centralizers placed in it, a drilling rig and self-closing latches 2. However, a known bottomhole catcher does not fully capture the cuttings from the high speed of the upstream flushing agent. The aim of the invention is to improve the recovery of sludge. This is achieved due to the fact that the downhole catcher is equipped with a turbine rigidly mounted on the upper, end of the slurry pipe, and the annular gap between the casing and this pipe is made p-wide and expands in the direction of flow of the flushing agent. FIG. 1 depicts the proposed sa boomer, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 section bb in fig. 1. In case 1 with channels 2 for passage of PR01.1 EFFICIENT agent a movable sludge pipe 3 with screw 4 is placed in the lower part and central drum 5. Turbine 6 and reflector 7 are fixed in the upper part of the sludge pipe 8 with self-closing snaps 9. The front face gap 10 between the sludge pipe 3 and the case i is provided with expanding movement of the washing agent AG (direction of movement is indicated by an arrow). Downhole safety device works as follows. The safety gear is lowered in the well on the drill pipe to the level of the bottomhole sediment. Then the rotation of the COLUMN of drill pipes with the projectile begins and at the same time a flushing agent is supplied to the drill pipes, which, having reached the catcher, through the channels 2 in the housing 1 and the channels 11 in the drill tip 8 enters the bottom hole. Part of the flushing agent through the channels 12 enters the annular gap 10 between the housing 1 and the movable sludge pipe 3 and provides partial leakage of fluid from the well. The FLASHING AGENT flow along with the sludge is directed along the ring of Copy 10, which loses speed due to the gradual expansion of the gap. At the exit of the CS of the annular gap 10, the flow is washed
